M & L for taking out the defective / burnt out compressor from Split type air conditioner of 1.5 Ton capacity from its position and providing new compressor Rotary / Reciprocating of approved make best suitable for the unit, cleaning the refrigeration system thoroughly with CTC, leak testing, vaccumisation, charging with new refrigerant gas suitable for the unit testing for its effective functioning, connecting up all electrical connections and finally testing and commissioning including cost of cutting, brazing , sealing the refrigeration tubing, replacement of stainer, CTC, refrigerant gas, CO2, etc. as required for the job complete all as directed. Notes:(i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for cutting, brazing, sealing the refrigeration tubing, replacement of stainer, CTC, refrigernat gas including transportation charges from site to workshop and back

NOTE : The works/item mentioned at Sl item No, 01 to 61: - Note 1:- The contractor or his represantative will report in complaint cell to receive the complaints in the morning by 0900hrs. The tenderer shall note that the scope of subject contract is to provide proper services for efficient and timely repair of complaints as per items as specified in BOQ. The contractor shall deploy sufficent staff for proper functioning and timely completion of complaints to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note.2 :- The complaints should be complete within 48 hours after receiving the complaint slip failing which a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per complaint days will be recovered from payment with out any prejudise and contractor shall not have any claim on this account . Note No 3 :- All the work shall be executed by well qualified authorized technician of company Note 3:- Documentary evidence against Each complain Recieved and completion report of each complain shall be submitted along with bills dully signed by Engg-In-Charge and contactor
