REPAIR TO DRAIN, JUNGLE JIM AND BUSH CUTTER IN THE AIRFIELD AREA AT AF STATION CHANDIGARH

De-silting of drain at depth upto 1.50 metre by rough excavation for cleaning existing drain and getting out in muddy soil including cutting small bushes, small trees girth not exceeding 30 cm from sides of brick lined drain, including removing excavated materials exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

De-silting of drain at depth from 1.50m to 3.00 m by rough excavation for cleaning existing drain and getting out in muddy soil including cutting small bushes, small trees girth not exceeding 30 cm from sides of brick lined drain, including removing excavated materials exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for the area where unservicable bricks retrived and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and operating two Tractors (with driver) with Jungle Jim for removal of grass shrubs / vegetation, scraping / cutting or ploughing with harrow/ cultivator) on requirements basis (within 48 hrs of notice / demand) including two casual labours / day for removing the rubbish from site to out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: (I) Providing and operating two tractors with jungle Jims alongwith drivers including two labourers shall be measured as one unit i.e one Hour. (II). In case only one tractor (with driver with jungle jims and one labour is required and deployed, the payment under this item shall be reduced by 50% i.e half unit shall be considered against one hour working.

Providing and operating two Bush cutter (with operator) with Bush cutter Blade for grass shrubs / Vegetation scraping / cutting on requirement basis (within 48 Hrs of notice / demand) and Two casual labour / day for removing the rubbish from the outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (I) Providing and operating two Bush cutter alongwith operators including two labourers shall be measured as one unit i.e one Hour. (II). In case only one Bush cutter (with operator with Bush cutter and one labour is required and deployed, the payment under this item shall be reduced by 50% i.e half unit shall be considered against one hour working.
