Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for all the equipment/installation of External Electrification system installed at site as per list of assets having 250 KVA Transformer Make Kirlosker servicing and oil filtration, changing the required gaskets and top up of with fresh transformer oil, and preventive maintenance as per manufacturer instructions and as per periodicity etc. All the equipment/installation shall always be kept in good and trouble free operating conditions. All material to be used for servicing and preventive maintenance shall be provided by bidder under AMC Note :- (i) Payment for these items shall be regulated based on invoice and purchase voucher/paid bills. (ii) The entire servicing/inspection shall be carried by Rep. of OEM or his authorised service centre. AMC includes material and labour for followings :- a) Testing of Oil, dehydration and filteration of Step down 11/0.433 KV transformer oil by Vacuum Dehydration / Oil Purification Units, Oil will heated (~60-80°C) and subjected to vacuum to remove water.Used to filter and remove moisture in circulation using method, oil will heated to allow moisture to evaporate all as directed by Engineer- in-charge.The charge for filteration deemed to be included in this job and the cost of spares such as cork sheet gasket, nut/bolts and washers. b) Checking up in door termination and outdoor termination for loose contact and their proper tightness. c) Checking & testing of transformers of any type / capacity for IR value Test results obtained shall be recorded and produced to Engr in Charge. d) Testing of earth resistance of transformer installations and Measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor. e) Maintenance and servicing of well cleaning the complete panel board bus bars, de-carbonizing all joints, bus bar, CTs metal parts etc complete. f) Calibration and setting of relays, setting of relay timings and play settings. g) HT cable & LT cable fault repair work material and labour for Terminations & Control Cables any type and size for power distribution system as per list of assets including attending breakdown and ensuring its servicability by rectification /replacement of unservicable parts, keeping it in good working condition parameter.

Providing 'B' Check of DG set125 KVA Capacity, Make Cummins, Engine Ser No. 25267427, Model- NTC-495G upto the time of 300 Hrs/ 6 Months whichever come earlier with the activity like changing of fuel filter, lub oil filter, oil filter, Separator fuel water, coolent, engine oil, Corrosion inhibitor, gasket cover etc as per manufacturer instructions and routine / preventive maintenance checks, checking up of engine and alternator for trouble free functioning and attending breakdowns of as per OEM periodicity. All material to be used for servicing and 'B' check maintenance shall be provided by bidder Note :- (i) Payment for these items shall be regulated based on invoice and purchase voucher/paid bills.

Providing 'B' Check of DG set 30 KVA Capacity, Make Cummins, Engine Ser No. 100634863 upto the time of 300 Hrs/ 6 Months whichever come earlier with the activity like changing of fuel filter, lub oil filter, oil filter, Separator fuel water, coolent, engine oil, Corrosion inhibitor, gasket cover etc as per manufacturer instructions and routine / preventive maintenance checks, checking up of engine and alternator for trouble free functioning and attending breakdowns of as per OEM periodicity. All material to be used for servicing and 'B' check maintenance shall be provided by bidder Note :- (i) Payment for these items shall be regulated based on invoice and purchase voucher/paid bills.

Repairing / rectification the fault of Outdoor type LED fittings, mounting bracket and hardware existing at site rating 50/ 36/100/150 (in Watts) Road and Street Lighting , operating voltage range and frequency 140 to 270 Volts AC at 50 Hz attending breakdown and ensuring its servicability. all as directed by site-in -Charge. All material to be used for servicing and maintenance shall be provided by bidder.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Material & Labour for repairing by dismantling 1200mm sweep ceiling fan along with copper wound stator, blades, capacitor, downrod, split pin, reel any make and model from site, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper , sealing compounds etc and reassembling the fan after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc and reinstallation of the fan in original location, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed. Note : (i) The cost of winding wire and all replaced defective parts are deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Material & Labour for repairing by dismantling 240 Volt single phase 900 rpm heavy duty IS mark 250mm sweep PVC exhaust fans with lovers from site, taking out the burnt windings, cleaning and washing of slots and rewinding the same with copper winding wire of existing gauge and quantity (as per original manufacturer design) including replacement of all damaged parts i. e. bearings, insulating materials such as insulating sheets insulating paper , sealing compounds etc and reassembling the fan after varnishing, heating/drying, greasing of moving parts etc and reinstallation of the fan in original location, making proper electric connection, testing for smooth operation, complete all as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY SUPPLY OF WATER THROUGH WATER TANKER Supply of potable water by Tankers of suitable capacity for DSC, Raksha Manak Bhawan, Badarpur, New Delhi and filling the water in water storage tank as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. (Approx 20,000 Litres of water per day on 05 days of a week amounting to 260 days. Tentative Quantity of Water to be supplied for one year (12 Months) shall be 52,00,000 Litres ( Approx.)

Providing Material and labour for monthly Servicing and attending breakdowns for monoblock centrifugal transfer pumping set connected to induction motor suitable for 415 volts ± 3% phase 50 cycles AC supply with a suction header with valves on main connecting & pumps inlet and delivery header with valvess, by inspection, cleaning,servicing operation mechanism , relays, meters, etc carefully, tightning cable connections, replacing defective components,worn out fastners, lubricating for its smooth functioning, Rewinding if required, submitting service report giving details of replaced spares and rectifying the defect all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Payment for these items shall be regulated based on invoice and purchase voucher/paid bills.

Providing Material for attending breakdowns of water supply external GI (galvanised iron) Pipe line and fittings installed at site for the following sizes by replacing defective components,worn out fastners for its smooth functioning, submitting service report giving details of replaced spares and rectifying the defect all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.The contractor shall cut, leave or form holes, recesses, chases etc., in concrete, Masonry work, walls, floors and in any other situations as required or as directed by the Engineer in charge and make good in cement and sand mortar (1:3)/PCC (1:2:4) as decided by Engineer in charge and finish to match the adjoining surfaces. No extra payment shall be admissible in this regard Note :- (i) Payment for these items shall be regulated based on invoice and purchase voucher/paid bills. (a) 15mm dia nominal bore

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enameled spray paint of existing colour on steel / iron surfaces of fire cabinate box, panel boards, Pump and motor, Fire hydrants and water pipe lines etc with and including preparing of surface by scratching / removing rust, dust and old paints etc with wire brush, emery paper, grinder etc and making surfaces smooth for achieving better grip between surface and primer, complete all as directed.

FIRE ALARM CONTROL SYSTEM and FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM Comphrensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) & repair of Fire Alarm / Fire Fighting system exits at site and as per list of assets comprising: control panel, repeater panel, detector & devices, manual call point, relay module, electronic speaker cum hooters, wiring for fire alarm system, LED screen pixel pitch etc. ensuring its serviceablity by rectification/replacement of unservicible parts and keeping it in good working condition including attending breakdown all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Payment for these items shall be regulated based on invoice and purchase voucher/paid bills.

Providing servicing and refilling of Hand appliances fire extinguishers for following type as per list of assets by inspection, cleaning,servicing operation mechanism , discharg pipe etc carefully, replacing defective components for its smooth functioning, submitting service report giving details of replaced spares and rectifying the defect all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Payment for these items shall be regulated based on invoice and purchase voucher/paid bills. (a) CO2 type fire extinguishers with steel cylinder capacity 4.5 Kg.

(b) Water CO2 gas fire extinguishers capacity 9 litre.

(c ) ABC powder type fire extinguisher capaicity 6 Kg.

AMC OF WINDOW / SPLIT TYPE Acs Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of following Air conditioners with connected accessoires complete equipments at site ensuring its serviceability by rectification /replacement of unserviceable parts (Fan motor, PCB, Magnetic switch, Tansformer and Refrigerant) & keeping it in good working condition including attending breakdown all as specified & directed. (a) Routine Maintenance Service (4 times in year) for Window AC 1.5 Ton Capacity with Stabiliser 4 KVA

(b) Routine Maintenance Service (4 times in year) for Split AC 2 Ton Capacity Stabiliser 5 KVA

(c ) Routine Maintenance Service (4 times in year) for Split AC 1.5 Ton Capacity with Stabiliser 4 KVA

LIFT (ELEVATORS) SYSTEM Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of OTIS Traction passenger elevator electric driven of Capacity 08 passenger (544 Kg) of type NE 300 VF (Machine Sl. No. J004406) which includes routine, preventive and break down maintenance including repair / replacement of worn out items with minimum down time etc. all complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OEM for respective E&M items shall be submitted by the contactor, that OEM shall provide all repair / servicing work and spares that may be required to undertake the repair work under this contract to the firm for the entire period of the contract and the MoU shall be signed by authorized representative of OEM. (ii) The agency has to keep all equipments well maintained for the work so as to give proper out put at all times. The spares / software licence/ consumables required to be procured from Proprietary or OEM and shall must be supplied through Proprietary or OEM only (iii) Payment for these items shall be regulated based on invoice and purchase voucher/paid bills.

TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK Execution of items work covered under CPWD-DSR-2023 for civil & DSR 2025 for E&M (Percentage qouted Plus(+) or Minus(-) on total amount by bidder of this BOQ shall be treated as % qouted on DSR 2023/2025 for execution of maintenance work under Term Contract as per DSR 2023/2025. Rates for credit of schedule items for term contract related works.
