Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: (Preferred make Century/ Kitply/ Duro or equivalent) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. (Preferred make Marino/ Greenlame/ Century or equivalent) 1.0 mm thick

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading of size 35X6 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/ nails on the edges of the wooden doors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel 200 mm mortice latch & lock with knob and key cylinder 60mm complete pack for door shutters with necessary CP brass/SS screws. (Preferred make Godrej/ Dorset/ Hardwyn/ Harrison).

Providing and fixing stainless steel tower bolt 250mm, with rod size 10 mm with necessary SS/CP brass screws. (Preferred make Godrej/ Harrison/ Hardwyn/ Dorset, equivalent approved).

Providing and fixing stainless steel hanging type door stopper (SS 304 Harisson Code no.-0774), with necessary screws etc. complete. Equivalent make may be used with the approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel door buffer-wall mounted Dia 22mm, Ht. 75mm with cover, with necessary SS/CP brass scres (Preferred make Harrison/ Doorset/ Godrej).

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete. Double strip (horizontal type)

Providing and fixing bright /matt finished Stainless Steel handles of approved quality & make with necessary screws etc all complete.100mm

Supplying and fixing of 1mm thick 304 grade stainless steel etching/ engraved in desired colour for name plate, push plate and other signage of small sizes.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Providing and fixing wooden moulded corner beading of triangular shape to the junction of panelling etc. with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete 2nd class teak wood. 40x40 mm (base and height)

French spirit polishing : Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler
