Maintenance and Electrical consumption charges of street light on PWD Road under CND Division. (SH- Maintenance and Operation of LED Street Lights, High Mast Lights on various Roads under Jurisdiction of M-3513).

Comprehensive maintenance of street lights and high masts (As per inventory attached) with the help of hydra / tower wagon including attending routine complaints on day to day basis, patrolling, preventive/breakdown maintenance, repair and replacement of defective/stolen items such as LED lights, LT cables, MCCBs, Octagonal GI Poles of various height, timers, contactors, switches, connectors, lugs, glands, cable joints of all types, all panel accessories and allied materials required for proper functioning of street lights complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The scope shall include supply of all materials, T&P etc, transportation, dismantle of all damaged accessories deposit to JE store. No extra payment will be made on account of theft/ replacement of the above items and the rates quoted shall be inclusive of all.

Providing of manpower for maintenance purpose by deploying following staff on all days of the month including Sunday & Holiday. (For item no. 1) i) Wireman-cum-Driver Operator - 06 Nos. (Round the clock wise with 2 No. in each shift with reliver). ii) Khallasi - 6 No. (Round the clock wise 2 No. in each shift with reliver)

Providing services round the clock of inspection and complaint attending ECO friendly (CNG) van only for site works to move complaint attending wireman / khallasi / Engineers (Light Motor Vehicle) Exclusive of Driver but inclusive fuel for Van to the street lighting and maintenance of street lighting under AE(E) M-3513 Sindhora Kalan on monthly rate basis for 65 km per day or 2000 km per month C&ND Area)
