Supply and fixing of Square shape, 20 Watt, 200 MM X 200 MM X 27 MM LED recessed mounted Ceiling Light "Trim LED Panel Square" of make Havells of 6000 K and 4000 K Color Temperature, Warranty minimum 2 years, Polycarbonate Material or equivalent make having same specifications as specified including cutting of board, connections in pre-existing electircal wire circuit, finishing to look good and including contractor Profit. **Installation charges include civil work required for fixing of said item, wiring related work and finishing work.

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required (2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire) (for Light and Fan Point) (Make-Havells, Anchor, Polycab or equivalent)

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required (2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire) (for Light and Fan Point) (Make-Havells, Anchor, Polycab or equivalent)

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required (Make-Havells, Anchor, Polycab or equivalent)

Wiring for circuit/ sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required (2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire) (for Mains to Sub Mains Wiring) (Make-Havells, Anchor, Polycab or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing of 63 A rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 200 A, 4 Pole, 36 KA rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of 15 W LED Bulb B22 for Post Top of Color Temperature 3000 K or 4000 K or as specified by EIC.

Supplying and fixing 8 way (4 + 24), Double door, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. Supply and fixing of "Turbo Force TP" Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan of 450 MM Sweep Size of make Havells or equivalent as per instructions of EIC. **Installation charges include civil work required for fixing of said item, wiring related work and finishing work.

Supply and fixing of "V3" Wall Fan of 450 MM Sweep Size of make Havells or equivalent as per instructions of EIC. **Installation charges include civil work required for fixing of said item, wiring related work and finishing work.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and fixing of Coral LED Post Top "CORALMINIPT15WLED830PSYMTOPC" of make Havells or equivalent having IP 65 protection, as per Instructions of EIC and Specifications specified by EIC including providing Pipe for post top and painting of pipe with colour as specified by EIC. **Installation charges include civil work required for fixing of said item, wiring related work and finishing work.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc.
