Dismantling,and clearing Floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Cuddapah Slabs

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL DOOR made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame,35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets (18 G) with 5Nos, of stiffners using M.S.Flats of size 25 X 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters / 6Nos,of Hinges incase of Double shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos,of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 X 6mm M.S.Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts,hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departemental officers.

Finishing the exposed surfaces of all RCC items of work such as columns beams ceiling and other concrete surfaces with 10 mm thick plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Crushed Stone sand(M.Sand) ) at all height and depths above or below plinth level, curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:5 mix of the following proportions at all heights and depths above or below plinth level including scaffolding curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by Departmental Engineers.

Plastering 20 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 mix of the following proportions at all heights and depths above or below plinth level including scaffolding curing etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by Departmental Engineers.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 30 c.m x 20 c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:2 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Supplying and fixing of Indian type water closet of 580x440mm size Colour glazed earth and ware with P or S trap including cost and conveyance Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSSC copper conductor of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipeon wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5AFT switchin flush with wall covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)t(S.D.20)
