Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for; and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in kerbs of roof top, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 8 here-in-above, but fixing, erection of mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Serviceable steel obtained from dismantling under Sl Item No 4 above, shall be reused for this item.

Supply and fix, mild steel work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, Rolled mild steel framed work such as in doors or gates of angle, or tee sections with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. completely drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging doors fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete Grade Fe 410 - W (Grade-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix welded steel wire fabric not exceeding 4 Kg / Sq m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for padding concrete / leveling course over slabs with Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), laid to achieve proper slope as per site conditions, surfaces finished fair to receive screed bed including mixing water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respected item.

Material and labour, for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4, on brick work/concrete surfaces, including mixing water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Material and labour for, Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 20 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: Serviceable Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe and same shall be re-fixed while providing new pipe,

Taking up or down 20 mm dia, GI tubing and connections, cleaning, re-fixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.), after cleaning and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion of tubing, including cutting and threading pipe and provision of additional fittings such as sockets, tee, elbows, unions, (if required) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: Serviceable Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe and same shall be re-fixed while providing new pipe,

Supply and fix in repairs, gun metal, globe or gate valves 20 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of capacity 250 to 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 750 Litres capacity, ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) with top cover / lid having locking arrangement, hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Ball valves of 20 mm dia , (minimum weight 210 grams) , high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
