Running and up-keeping new AC Canteen (Palas Jalpan Grih) at GM Office campus at GM Unit of BnK Area for a period of Two years.

Running of AC Canteen at GM Office from Monday to Saterday from 8:30 to 6:00 PM daily by engaging 01 no. cook with Two (02) helper and one (01) utensil and Table washing etc all complete as per direction of EIC. NOTE: 1. Catering services:- (a) The kitchen will be maintained in a clean and hygienic condition with properly trained kitchen staff, any staff deployed in the kitchen or the pantry should wear a neat white apron and chef cap and they should change over to wash rubber sleepers provided by the contractor before entering the kitchen portion. They should medically fit, neat and clean and nails trimmed with pleasant manners and looks. The waiters shall be in uniform of approved style and shall wear rubber shoes. Shaving of barbed trimming of nails (hand and foot) and bathing everyday will be compulsory for all bearers, cooks and other employees undergarments of these employees will absolutely clean and Crips and will be subject to inspection by authorities’ officers of CCL. (b) All the utensils cookeries catteries, gadgets, refrigerator, furniture, fixture, gadgets and other implements walls floors etc. in the dining room and kitchen will be maintained in a stainless and hygienic condition all the time in proper manner including removal of cob weds etc. the interior of refrigerators, deep freezer cooking equipments etc. will be periodically cleaned. This item will entail dusting mopping wiping washing cleaning using all the necessary deodorants, detergents, and disinfectants to the satisfaction of the CCL.
