Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m transporting to site spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 By Mechanical Means, Private Land

Water Bound Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. A) By Mamual Means: (III) WBM Grading-II

Providing, layng , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mixed macadam specification including preming the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 kN weight to achive the desired density including lighting, barricating and maintenance of deversion, etc as per technical spcification clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base / WBM including cleaning road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90-1.2 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.. (ii) Medium Porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I)using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical specification.

Dence Graded Bituminous Macadam-Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bitumen binder @ 4.0 to 4.5%by weight of total of mix and filler and transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd grade,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per Mosrt&H cl.No.508 complete in all respect. (I) With 60/70 or VG-30grade bitumen For Grading II
