Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Mould cost using M.S.sheet and angle including cost and conveyance , welding charges etc, complete.

Stuccoplastering 12mm thick using HBG chips of size 10mm and below over a base of plastering with C.M 1:5 mix 12mm thick for 10 sqm including cost,conveyance etc.,

Fixing and Removal of moulds for preparation of modules per single use

Supplying and fabrication of HDPE rope including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete.

Fixing M.S.Rods round for the coral reef module at specified direction and quantity as per the Departmental officers

Transportation charges for 50 Nos grouper modules, 80 Nos Triangular modules and 50 Nos of well ring modules including hire & fuel charges for barge, crane, tipper lorries, winch equipments for placing fabricated artificial reefs from casting yard to the site shown by the departmental officers. The rate includes statutory fees, berthing fee, vehicle entry fee for cranes & lorry, any other fee, labour charges of all activities such as loading the reefs from casting yard to sea berth, lifting to barge and placing on the bed of sea, insurance charges of general liability for loss of life and damage of reefs during transportation and placing at sea bed etc complete complying with statndard specification. 1Job=180 modules
