Providing and Fixing Acoustical Rockfon Stone Wool Tiles having Thickness of 12mm in a regular pattern having special laminated Foil and of size 600mm X 600mm . Having Sound absorbtion properties of 0.8 NRC, with support system of Square Grid Module System of 600mm X 600mm.

Providing and fixing ½” thk. Gypsum board false ceiling at levels as shown in the drg. From FFL. Rate shall be inclusive of all Gypsum components contained G.I. perimeter channels of size 0.55 thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm alongwith perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brickwall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centres. The suspending G.I.intermediate channels of size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm x 10mm x 0.55 thick fixed to soffite with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fastners at every 610mm c/c. Ceiling sections of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate.

Providing and Fixing Acoustical fully Perforated and Ceiling Tiles having square holes of approx 10mm in a regular pattern of 10mm spacing pattern backed with a special non-woven lining. Having good Sound absorbtion properties of NRC 0.85 and of size 595 X 595 X 12.5mm having weight of 8.5 Kg/SqMtr. With support system of Square Edge Grid Module System of 600mm X 600mm.

Providing and Fixing Ligna Make Timber 40 dB Acoustic Door specs. With 110mm X 55mm frame and 50mm thick fully flush double skinned shutter of Seasoned Hardwood Timber. Frame Core shall be fire insulating material. Shutter shall be sandwiched with sound deadening board and sound insulating material bonded to inner surface of boards.
