Supplying, Erecting and Commissioning of Diesel generating set with alternator of 200 kVA output continuous rating, 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz 0.8 p. f. A.C a totally enclosed diesel engine model no QSB6.7-G15, 6 cylinder,inline,4 stroke cycle,water cooled developing 256 BHP at 1500 with 10% overload for 1 hour in 12 hours of operation without exceeding temprature rise limits specified in BS:2613 or BS:500, alongwith standard accessories with pedestal, self−excited, self−regulated, alternator with static excitation system running at 1500 RPM with voltage regulation +/− 1 % all load between no load to full load & power factor 0.8 to unity. Both the engine and alternator direct coupled on a common fabricated steel base frame and mounted on anti−vibrating pads with standard control panel comprising meters, switchgears, indicators connected with suitable wires/cables, the complete set enclosed in composite Acoustic enclosure as fully assembled integral unit made of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet, sound absorbing material to restrict sound level upto 75 dB at 1.0 m, provided with first filling of oil, diesel etc. as per specification of GEN−DG as required and approved by engineer-in-charge. Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size:-

Armoured cable 240 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground; to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation and refilling the trench etc.as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering:-

Providing and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, On-Load change over switch unit, panel mounting, front handle operation, including drilling holes in the cubical, making connections, etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mmx600 mmx 3 mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required.

Supplying and laying 8 SWG Copper wire at 0.50 mtr. below ground level for earth electrode conductor, including soldering etc. as required.
