Fly ash Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using size 9"X4 3/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and apply of Wall Putty of approved brand and quality including cost and conveyances of the materials and labour charges for applying two coat of wall putty and gentle rubbing with theemery sheet to make the surface smooth and clean etc completed.

Plastic emulsion paint two coats including all cost etc complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Walls skirting with 10cm height in cm 1:3 mix ( one part cement three sand ) including labour charges for cutting , laying and pointing with coloured cement etc complete - 10 rmt

PAINTING new IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars Weld mesh, wire mesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COATS of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over a base coat of red oxide primer in all floors.

Paving the floor with Granite Slab (super fine polished with machine cut edges) of sizes 1.2m x 0.60m and above of 18mm to 20mm thickness in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 25mm thick and white cement slurly layer of 3mm thick over this, laid in situ and pointed with white cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and shining to the alignment including cutting the marble slab to size with machine cutting polishing using different grade of corporandum stone, oxalic acid, tin oxide etc.,and including hire charges or polishing machinery etc., complete. For Jet Block Colour.

Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make colour water closet of size in 580mm * 440mm weight glassed earthan ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap and foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position levelling complete with necesary connection as per standard specification

European Water Closet (Colour) with 'P' or 'S' Trap with Double Flapped seat and seat cover with Brass Highes and 10 litre capacity PVC low level flusing tank with all internal fittings

Paving the floor with pre-polished Concrete Anti-Skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg/sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided etc completed.

Providing and fixing UPVC casement doors fabricated from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm etc completed.

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings etc completed.
