Annual maintenance of VVIP Guest House, Circuit House, IB, Helipad, Garden and Roads in the premises of Circuit House in Shivamogga for the the year 2026-27

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Supply of Manpower to Annual maintenance of Building of value not less than Rs. 30.48 lakhs.

The Tenderer should have executed in one year in the last five years i.e.2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 3.2c the following minimum quantities of work 1)Supply of Manpower of value not less than Rs. 30.48 lakhs.

For the above item of work/Services, the agency work here by bounded to pay the wages not less than the minimum labour wages act rate along with payable prevailing statutory allowances like ESI, EPF.. as prescribed by Labour Department from time to time for the person deployed to accomplish the work/Services

Each tenderer should further demonstrate: liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs. 18.30 Lakhs (Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in it name should have in the last five years i.e.,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26a achieved in at least two financial years an Average of annual Financial Turn over in all Clauses of Civil Engineering Construction Works only of Rs.60.96 Lakhs,in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only

EMD for Rs. 1,00,000.00 shall be paid through KPPP and the Balance of Rs.0.22 lakhs by BG issued by Nationalised/ Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.

The Tender should be a KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor
