Construction of Prefabricated shed for newly installed DG Set along with allied works at newly shifted office of XEN MH Division Jammu.

Providing, fabricating and erecting an open type MS structural CGI sheet shedfor DG Set of size10'-0" × 7'-0",x 8'.00”Clear height,comprising 04 Nos. MS square pipe columns of size 75 mm × 75 mm × 3.2 mm thick (minimum), fixed inRCC foundation blocks of size 450 mm × 450 mm × 600 mm deep (or as per site requirement) in M20 grade concrete. The work shall include excavation, PCC bed, RCC foundation, embedding/fixing of columns, backfilling and disposal of surplus earth complete.The roof structure shall consist of suitable MS square pipe (50 mm × 50 mm × 2.6mm), purlins of MS angle/square pipe sections, bracing members and all necessary structural components for adequate strength and stability. The roof shall be covered with 0.50 mm thick CGI sheets fixed with GI J/L hooks, nuts, bolts, washers and accessories complete with proper overlap and single-side slope for rainwater drainage. The work shall include cutting, welding, grinding, erection, application of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all exposed steel members, transportation, labour, tools and tackles, and all incidental works required for complete execution of the job as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Job includes cost of labour engaged for site clearance and removal of disposal from sites as well as civil work at site. Cost of Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading/unloading and stacking at site.
