HARDSTANDING(PART-I) M & L surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 deep and getting out in disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4;8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 50 mm sand cushning including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Colour shall be done under item No 6.00 here-in-after)

M & L two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on new concrete Surface ( synthetic enamel) including preparation of new surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-cast cement conrete Kerb stone size(300X150X450) Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) fixed in position to the required line and curveture, jonted with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD FURNITURE(PART-II) Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in hard dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface as in soft and disentegrated rock complete all as specified and directed. [Note: PCC for returning filling & fixing poles shall be paid under item No 13]

M & L Plain cement concrete type B-2 , 1 : 2 : 4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling concrete for columns, fencing posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings, for ornamental and intricate design etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde- E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 1.60 mm Mild steel, plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new steel surface of steel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
