(Note: Taking down carefully old FTL fitting recessed mounted light fittings/ceiling complete with all accessories and making necessary electric connection, complete all as spd & directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for 9mm Pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws/nails to timber frame work in wall portion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F grid false ceiling GI system powder coated prelude (main runner sec 32x24x0.30x3600mm, cross tee 25x24x0.30x1200mm, wall angle 24x24x0.40x3000mm and including providing and fixing 4mm thick non asbestos cement fibre designer (E-board) size 595x595mm fixed in ceiling frame work complete all as specified and directed (Make : E-board, Armstrong, Everest, Saint, Gobain).

Dismantling of timber scantling in fillets, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sq. Cm in section complete in framed work complete all as specified.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood timber scantling plain fillets square, rectangular in section area exc 13 Sqcm and not exc 25sqcm secured with nails complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for replacement of foot valve for 80 mm dia pipe, ISI marked all as specified.

Taking out the unserviceable electric driven submersible pump set of capacity 10 WHP, discharge - 3 LPS, head - 70 to 85 mtrs respectively with GI column pipe 80 mm bore, 3 metre in length, flanged end at both ends and submersible cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : pump set submersible cable and column pipe kept in safe for reinstallation at site.

Taking out the burnt copper winding wire from submersible electric motor of capacity up to 10 WHP and rewinding the submersible electric motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and insulating sleeves shellac/insulating varnish etc which is required complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of winding wire ATLAS or equivalent as approved.

Lowering the submersible electric driven pump set of capacity 10 WHP discharge 3 LPS -70 to 85 meters head alongwith GI coloum pipe 40/50 mm bore flanged as retrived from serial item No 38 here-in-before complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S &F Fully automatic star delta starter, oil immersed 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz relay range 35 to 50 Amps suitable for 15 HP centrifugal pump set 01 No with single phase preventer .

Taking out the burnt copper winding wire from multistage centrifugal electric motor of capacity up to 15 HP and rewinding the centrifugal electric motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and insulating sleeves shellac/insulating varnish etc which is required complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of winding wire ATLAS or equivalent as approved.

M&L for DI bends spigot socketed DI K-7 class pipe 100mm bore (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot collors, caps and plugs) complete all as specified. Note: Cost of rubber tyton joints is deemed to be included in overall cost quoated.

Supply , testing and commisoning of submersible electric driven pump set 10 HP of capacity 180 LPM at 90-100 metre head, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 HZ of supply complete all as directed.

Cleaning of semi under ground sump of capacity up to 10,000 gallons by means of flushing out the water from tank scraping/descaling the complete sludge inside the tank & throwing away not less than 50 mtrs from site, and applying two coats of lime wash with non poisonous adhesive including preparing the record on black surface

Supply for Puri chlor (calcium based ganular disinfectant for water treatment more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypo chlorite packing in 45 kg plastic drums all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and contract must provide original test certificate with hologram Make: Royleseena or equivalent approved make.
