Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of viscosity grade paving bitumen VG-10 confirming to IS-73 : 2006 @5 kgs /10 sqm on black surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content by weight by total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Automatic hot mixing plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing of aggregate, bitumen etc for premix semi dense asphaltic concrete and mix for both items shall be laid with mechanical pavers. (ii) Quantity of bitumen in semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be used as per design mix and shall be approved by the GE. Any variation in quantity of bitumen in desigm mix shall be priced as specified in the particular specification through deviation order. (iii) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of design mix.

Premix bituminious macadam (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content 4% by weight of total mix & roll with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber, gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to pot holes any depth n. exc 30mm and of any description, n.exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc, cutting around edges atleast 30 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat viscosity grade paving bitumen (VG-10 confirming to IS-73 : 2006 ) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in to bituminous premix as specified for bituminous carpet (3.00 cm consolidated thickness as specified here-in-after) well rammed/rolled and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder mixed with 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed (including supply of premix, binder and sand) complete all as specified and as directed.

Pot holes, any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces of black top, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth & making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply or road metal) and inspected/approved before laying the premix carpet complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of viscosity grade paving bitumen VG-10 confirming to IS-73 : 2006 @10 kgs /10 sqm on black surfaces i.e. Pot holes and below Bituminous macadam complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing including necessary form work and finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring including necessary form work and finishing surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed prepolished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 80mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and no pigment over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick CM 1:6 for laying complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing.

Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road, pavement and the like n.exc. 10cm wide and 2.5mm thick using hot thermoplastic road marking paint for centre line and pedestrian crossing mixed reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gm/Sqm all as specified and directed on finished road surface in moltan state using suitable mechanical sprayer. Make : 3M, VERTEX, JCC.

ABS material roads studs of size 100X100X20mm model FS 7. Make :-3 M, ACE Polymers, Gogia Plastics, SHAKTI, DARKEYE.

ABS plastic heavy duty speed breakers of size length -350mm,wdth - 250mm & height - 50 mm with inbuilt reflectors (04 Nos each piece ) made from specially compouded plastic for greater durability and in yellow & black colour combination, inter lockng type and fixed with steel screw &adhesive as per manufacturer instruction (Make : as approved by GE.)

Solar road studs of dimension (125 MM x 125 MM x 25mm ) shank 60mm of any coloured 100%water proof design according to IP 65 working temp 10 to 75 C high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V /0.30 watt & rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) six super bright LED with 10000 to 18000mcd (millcandela).
