Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off the shutter from the frame) of area n.exc. 1.50 S.qm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 1 here in above, but area exc. 1.50 Sq.m but n.exc 4.00 Sq.m complete

Taking down shutters of area exc 1.00 Sq.m but not exc. 2 Sq.m each and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters from frame area exc. 1 Sq.m but not exc. 2 Sq.m each resecuring or easing and adjusting and refixing in same opening and finishing the surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes, as per specifications and drawing complete or as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid PVC door shutter 30mm thick(style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for bottom and top rails. MS frame shall be covered heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail& bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling for plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at the site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour pressed steel frames 105 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified, supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made 35mm thick second class hard wood glazed or skelton shutters open rebated, prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. without sash bars edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass guage etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made, plain framed, panelled, door shutter (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 40mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides with one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix brass mortice lock, vertical type, size 100 mm , 4 levers, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel butt hinges medium weight of size 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 150 mm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium anodised cast type handles 150mm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple bolt type and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections 300 mm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix door stopper of rubber and aluminium alloy body, 150 mm size all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for attending Day to Day complaints of urgent repair works to joineries / refixing of door, fixing of fittings such as door closure, rat tail rod, Butt hinges, tower bolts , door handle, Aldrop, Hasp and staple, door stopper, wiremesh, glass and its putty and any other urgent repair works as directed by JE as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. NOTE:- (i) Services shall be provided for attending and completing complaints on same day on urgent basis by providing technician with safety gadgets, tools and necessary equipments as per govt norms and as directed by Engineer in charge. (ii) The services provided under this item with necessary technicians(at least one carpenter) during the period 0800 Hrs to 1700 Hrs with 1 hour lunch break on each day shall be meausred as One Job for payment purpose. Contd.. 19 (iii) The rate quoted under this item shall include provision of technicians as directed above with all necessary tools and plants along with spares such as white cement , silicon or sealant , nails, screws, nuts and bolts as required at site. (iv) All the items required in completion of this job will be measured as supply only under relevent items of this BoQ. (v) In case if services are not attended in any particular day / time penal recovery @ double the quoted rate will be effected from the contractor for that day.

Material and labour 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber/ aluminium frame work in cup board shutters / aluminium partions etc.. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix frosted glass on one side, 4.8 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with rubber beadings suitable for aluminium frame work, in square area exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
