Work of replacement & retrofitting of old defective BCU relays by new BCU relays in different 132KV and 220KV relay panels.

Supply of BCU relays suitable for 132KV and 220KV relay panels as per sample, having following features. A) Communication port 2XLC, IEC 61850 protocol. B) AUX. SUPPLY :110V DC C) Having Aux. current 1A, and Voltage -110V.

Work dismantling old BCU relays & its associated works.

Retrofitting the new BCU Relays with proper dressing, ferruling and terminations in C&R panel. work should be done under skilled engineer's guidance.

Work of configuration, and testing of new installed BCU relays & all required tests should be done related to relays as per guidence of T&C team. Testing kit will be provided by department & Testing should be done by skilled engineer.

Integration of new BCU relays with existing ALSTOM SCADA,bay IED's ICD files configuration of database, creation of new bay to existing SCADA SLD, all required events, alarms, signals, interlocks and soft logic configuration and GPS synchronization etc.
