COKE DRUM STUCTURE PACKAGE FOR DCU REVAMP PROJECT OF NRL ,NREP ON LUMPSUM TURNKEY BASIS WITH SINGLE POINT RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORKS: Project management, Residual process design, Residual and Detailed engineering (including carrying out HAZOP & SIL study and Implementation of its recommendation), site survey, HSE, procurement, fabrication, Inspection including TPI, transportation of all the equipment/materials to work site including Route survey for ODCs as applicable, storage, handling at site, assembly,dismantling of belt conveyor and any other associated items as required, erection, installation, construction and testing of all CDSP facilities as specified in tender document (including free issue materials to Bidder), obtaining all required statutory approvals, to achieve mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning assistance, testing for performance guarantee in presence of licensor and owner representative , training to owner’s personnel and handing over of all the facilities to Client including supply of first fill of lubricant, chemicals, consumables, special tools and tackles, mandatory spares and commissioning spares as per Tender Document. Bidder to consider any other material /item also required for completion of CDSP package but not specfically identified and covered above for completion of CDSP Package.

Fabrication, construction, assembly, erection at site for all piping, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works within battery limit, refractory, insulation, coating, painting, testing, etc. providing all temporary works/structures and equipment for completion, obtaining statutory approvals, final hook-up with owner facilities, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing, guarantee runs, completing all the work in all respects to make system smooth, operable and handing over as per Bidding Document requirements and instructions of the Engineer In Charge.
