PART-I - Rejuvenation of Electro-mechanical equipments and other allied works at Uluberia Raw Water Pumping Station

Supply, delivery at site and installation of horizontal Split Casing pump motor set complete having the following tentative head discharge characteristics , capable to discharge raw water ,having SS(CF8M) impeller, CI casing , dischagre head ,motor base frame along with other standard accessories with Premium Efficiency (IE3), TEFC ,1000 rpm(synchronous), 6 Pole, 3 Phase, 0.415 kv ± 10% AC ,insulation class F , IP 55 , squirrel cage induction motor of 150-160 kW ratings and as per technical specification and direction of EIC and as per CPHEEO standard . Motor shall have a margin of 1.3 over the pump BKW at duty point. Pumps shall be installed on suitable RCC foundation adhering to all the technical requirements of the pump manufacturer.

1250 m³/hr against a tentative head of 18 to 24 MWC

(Finally actual TDH to be determined by the tenderer at the time of detailed engineering after consultation with the concerned division dealing with the pipe laying )

Complete servicing & repairing (retrofitting) of 150/160 KW ATS motor feeder at Uluberia RWPH with change of all switchgear, control components, wiring & hardware as required.(Actual work to be excuted as per direction of EIC & as per site condition)

Supply, delivery at site, installation of central control desk cum instrumentaion panel complete in all respect with all other accessories as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site, installation of 110 Volt DC Battery Charger with maintenance free battery bank complete in all respect with all other accessories as per technical specification and direction of EIC.(requirement or capacity to be determined during detailed engineering) .

Supply, delivery at site, lowering, fitting and fixing of DIDF Non rising spindle Sluice valve (PN-1.6) alongwith suitable rated motorised actuator of following size in proper position and alignment by providing temporaray support as required including cost of all sundry materials such as gaskets, nuts, bolts etc all complete as required to complete the job in all respect as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of double door Horizontal 4 way TPN MCB Distribution Board for MCCB Incomer with IP-42/43 protection on Angle Iron Frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish incld inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment. Enclosure , Incomer : 415V,Four Pole, 63 A MCCB . Outgoing : i) 4 Nos 63/40A, 10KA, DP MCB.(as per site requirement and direction of EIC)

Supply and fixing double door 2+8 Way SPN MCB DB with SS enclosure double door with IP-42/43 protection with 240 V,6-32A DP MCB of Breaking capacity 10KA and C characteristics on DIN Rail of existing DB and necessary connection as incomer and 8 Nos SPMCBs (6-32 A, 'C Curve, 10 kA) as out going, concealed in wall after cutting the wall and mending good the damages to original finish incl inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision earthing attachment.(as per site requirement and direction of EIC)

Supply and fixing of High Bay LED luminaries ,fitting completely wired up with necessary accessories , including S&F of M.S. clamp on ceiling as required as per to maintain lux level as per IEC & specification & direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 600mm Sweep, 415 V, 3Ph, 50 Hz, 6 pole exhaust fan including S & F of M.S. cowl and making suitable hole in the wall including mending good damages complete as per specification & direction of EIC.

Painting the whole installation as per technical specifcation and direction of EIC.

Renovation of Pump motor set foundation as per site requirement as per specification & direction of EIC.

Carrying out high pressure test of the HT installation by approved agency and obtaining necessary clearance fron Directorate of Electricity as per direction of EIC.

Supply of drawings for approval and finally as-built drawings in 6sets and CDs .

Supply, delivery at site & laying of MS pipe including fabrication of all necessary accessories special ,enlarger, ,R.C.C. / fabricated pedestal , thrust blocks , etc including cutting pipes, making flanged & welded joints as required, for joining the common delivery manifolds with the existing prelaid rising main pipes complete as per technical specification and direction of EIC. Note : Any mechanical or electrical or civil , parts/spare/equipment not included in the BOQ but required to complete the project is to be supplied by the agency at free of cost .

Commissioning of whole system & Performance test for 72 hours

O&M/Monitoring of the newly installed electromechanical equipment for a period of one year along with consumable materials as required.

Dismantling and removing the existing damaged equipments from their present place and stacking them to suitable place within distance of 25km as per direction of EIC(pumps, motors,valves,panel,cables,pipes ,etc)

Incomer : 4 pole, 50 KA , 1600 amps ACB (LSIG). – 2 Nos. With standard protection relays for over current , earth fault, High Speed Trip etc. 2. Buscoupler : 4 pole, 50 KA , 1600 amps EDO ACB. 2. Outgoings : i) 225 KW Soft Starter feeder with Capacitor – 5 Nos. ii) 2.2 KW RDOL Feeder for Valve Act iii) Auxillary Power Feeders :- 10 Nos. Supply, delivery at site, fitting and fixing of dust & damp proof following field instruments complete with all valves, cocks and other fixtures including cost of all sundry materials as required as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery, installation,testing & commissioning of dewatering pump of 5 HP complete in all respect as per site requirement and direction of EIC

Servicing/repairing with all necessary spares/materials as required for the existing E.O.T crane as per site requirement and direction of EIC

Fabrication and installation of structural steel works such as, cable duct cover by chequered plates, pipe & valve supports, valve operating platform, walkway ,cable supports, trays, hangers as required as per specification & direction of EIC.

Painting the whole installation as per technical specifcation and direction of EIC.

Renovation of Pump motor set foundationas required .

Carrying out high pressure test of the HT installation by approved agency and obtaining necessary clearance fron Directorate of Electricity as per direction of EIC.

Supply of drawings for approval and finally as-built drawings in 6sets and CDs .

Supply, delivery at site & laying of MS pipe including fabrication of all necessary accessories special ,enlarger, ,R.C.C. / fabricated pedestal , thrust blocks , etc including cutting pipes, making flanged & welded joints as required, for joining the common delivery manifolds with the existing prelaid rising main pipes complete as per technical specification and direction of EIC. Note : Any mechanical or electrical or civil , parts/spare/equipment not included in the BOQ but required to complete the project is to be supplied by the agency at free of cost .

Commissioning of whole system & Performance test for 72 hours

Twelve months O&M/Monitoring of the newly installed electromechanical equipment for a period of one year along with consumable materials as required.

Dismantling and removing the existing damaged equipments from their present place and stacking them to suitable place within distance of 25km as per direction of EIC(pumps, motors,valves,panels,cables,pipes ,etc)
