Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles , single layer on roofs complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs , any thickness , including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing mud/rubbish to a distance 100 m but n exc 250 m complete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in, levelling course with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound all as per manufacturer instruction by weight of cement and including taking down cement plaster on concrete/ brick surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including demo of old concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound.

S&F minimum 3mm thick APP film based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application over entire roof area with over lapping 150mm to either sides and sealed in after cleaning down the surface and applying bituminous 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed, grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed 5% of crude of by weight of cement on roof padding flush in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 9 above but except tiles.

S&F rotational moulded polythene, triple layers, water storage tank 500 ltr capacity, closed top, cylindrical , hoisted and fixed in position with 20mm bore PTMT ball valve epoxy coated minimum weight 210 gms with aluminium rod incl dismantling water tanks exc 250 ltr and not exceeding 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes etc. and hoisting if reqd reconnecting and refixing in position capacity exc 250 not exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified & directed

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Refixing 15mm dia steel tubing and connection in new or old position (in wall ceiling floors etc) all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm dia GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Refixing 20mm dia steel tubing and connection in new or old position (in wall ceiling floors etc) all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm dia GI tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm Gun metal , globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl item 19 above here-in-before but 20 mm bore

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length in floors and fixed to walls with dash true nut and bolt at every 2mtr length including all fittings and taking down old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases,pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to end or edges of parapet wall etc and making good , cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down plants/ shrubs of girth n. exc 15cm from roof tops/ sides of external walls of building, chajjas, wall, junction etc including taking out penetrated roots in to the wall, slab surfaces,shafts and applying "STUFALO" solution (harbal medicine) as per manufacture's instructions in and around the surfaces and making good the location with PCC (1:2:4) and cement mortar (1:2) including necessary scaffolding as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer on wall complete all as specifie and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bitumen primer for use in water proofing and damp proofing treatment @0.30 Ltr/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using brick aggregate as in filling foundation and mass concrete in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for receiving the floor finishes complete all as specified and dirfected.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles coloured of size 300x300x7mm thic laid in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screeed in CM 1:4 incl demolition of tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any thickness.

S&F in repair for vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa patterns, size of 580x440mm white, with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete incl connection to trap etc and provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 10 ltrs capacity PVC low level flushing cistern, syphonic action type flushing cistern white with inlet, ball valve float and handle incl brackets, PVC connection from stop cock, flush pipe of PVC 32mm dia and removal of existing unserviceable flush tank etc, connecting existing lines complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or withour ears with cement joints , laid in trenches or in floors inc luding dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm bore cast iron bends any radius with oval access doors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CI branch piece single (Single Y) equal or unequal 100mm bore with oval access doors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia cast iron, floor trap, plain with stainless steel grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed.
