Dismantling of Cement Concrete pavement by mechanical means including breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 Cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead up to 1000 meters, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Section-200 of the specifications.

EXCAVATION BY MANUAL MEANS: Excavation for roadway in soil including loading and unloading in/from truck for carrying suitable cut earth to embankment site and disposing off unsuitable earth with all lifts and lead up to 1000 Meters as per Section-300 of the specifications.

Transportation By Mechanical means including loading, unloading and stacking 5 km or Part thereof

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping stretching etc. complete for and removal of form work by sheet plate or plywood shuttering for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. For mass concrete.

Providing and Laying Cement Concrete Grade M-10 with 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, spreading the concrete by shovels mixing shall be in mechanical mixer, compacting by use of pin/plate/screed vibrators including form work by strong steel girders fixed by spikes.

Brick work with well burnt chimney bricks in bulls patent trench kiln manufactured by ghol process, crushing strength not less than 40 kg/sq cm and water absorption not more than 15% in foundation and plinth. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per Sections 1600 of the specifications. FE 500D/ FE 550/ FE 550D

Providing and laying Cement concrete for reinforced concrete in pile cap complete as per drawing and Technical Specification and as per sections 1100, 1500 & 1700 of the specifications with RCC Grade M30

Dowel jointed, Plain Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of Dowel jointed, Plain Cement Concrete Pavement in M-30 Grade Concrete over a prepared sub base with 43 or higher grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver with electronic sensor spreading the concrete by shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, placing of dowel bar, tie rod admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per approved drawings as per IRC:15 and as per Section-602 of the specifications complete excluding cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rod etc.
