Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meters wide & not exceeding 1.5 meters in depth for laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in each layer of soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables, filling in existing Cable duct in side the sub station situated at different location for cushioning of cables and sand filling under floors or in foundations of transformers including watering and consolidation etc, complete all as specified. NOTE:-Measuement shall be taken after punning down.

Supply and laying factory made non-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type-I with size 300mmx180mmx40mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded steel strip/wire armoured heavy duty electric cable suitable for 11KV earthed system of cross sectional area 3 core 120 Sq mm.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of following size

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 3.5 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron earth strip 25 X 3mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provisions of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate and testing on completion complete all as specified, directed and shown in Electrical Plate number 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009. NOTES : The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle, 40 mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/Sq metre. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal in alternate layers completely packed as directed. (f) Testing of earthing on completion.

M&L for Brick Masonry ( Using sub class 'B' Brick) platform of size 2m x 2m x 1 m hight , built in CM 1:4 complete with excavation & earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation , sub class 'B' brick work in CM 1:, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on sides and top of the brick work , upto 150 mm below ground level , supply and fixing of 02 Nos MS Chennels of suitable size for balancing of Transformer embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 up to 100 mm Thick RCC 1:3:6 with 10 mm steel bar includding 20 mm graded aggregate , including provn of stair case on one side complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting electric outdoor transformer 11 KV capacity up to 500 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lifting by hydra for installation on nely constructed plinth 2/4 pole structure complete all as specified and directed .

M/L for HDPE pipe,of size 160 mm dia suitable for 4 kgf/cm 2 working pressurewith all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal boring holes upto 2 m deep in soil for laying GI pipes and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 m up to 200 mm bore complete . Note:- The HDPE Pipes should be measured and paid separately under nItem No 11 here in before.

M&L for perimeter fencing of size 25m x 18m x 2m (as per site condition) having MS work of angle iron for post and struts of fencing around the transformer plinth/substation/LT panels etc drilling holes flat iron fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in door/gate of angle iron and wiremesh.Door to be fixed by 03 nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement. Details are as follows:- (a)Angle iron post to post distance maintained not more than 03mtr ,size of angle shall be 50x50x6mm.Angle Iron shall be embedded in natural ground not less than 0.90 m deep. (b)Ms wire 75x75mm mesh 4mm dia ,2mtr height and shall be fixed to post with flat iron 32 x 6 mm fillet with two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (c)Cement concrete type D-2 ,1:4:8 using grade crushed stone aggreagte for mass concrete/ foundation. (d)Brickwork with subclass 'B ' bricks ,straights or curved on plane exc 6m mean radius ,built in cement mortar 1:6 complete for toe wall along the perimetre fencing.The toe wall shall be one brick thick,30cm high (15cm above GL and 15cm below GL) on 75mm thick PCC lean concrete. (e) The exposed surfaces of brickwork shall be rendered 15mm thick in CM (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement. (f) The steel gate shall be of size 1.00m x2.00 m fabricated from angle iron 40x40x5 mm frame and 25x25 mm square guard bars. (g) All the exposed surfaces of steel shall be painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. (h) Necessary excavation and eathwork shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of manufacturer’s factory manufactured and tested sheet steel clad / enclosed HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) switchgear, indoor type, dust & vermin proof, motorised as well as manually charged, fully interlocked, horizontal draw out horizontal isolation type, floor mounted, 11 KV, 800 Amps aluminium busbar, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 21 KA/3 sec as per IEC 62271-200, extendable type, to be coupled with existing VCB make CG, type UNIVAC including adapter panel (if reqd). The charging time of motor shall be less than 15 Sec making it suitable for rapid auto reclosing duty and safety shutters shall be provided to cover up the fixed high voltage contacts on bus bar and cable side when the bus trunk is moved to test/isolation position with all standard accesssories and metering equipments and comprising of followings complete all as specified. (01 Incomer, 01 Bus copuier, 01 Outgoing) (a) Three single phase horizontal draw out type resin cast line type potential transformer of 11KV/110 volts, 50VA burden per phase class 1.0 accuracy connected star/star on HV side with HV&LV fises, isolating plugs, for HV side and LV connection.(01 Incomer, 01 Bus copuier) (b) CT dual ratio, 200/100/5+5 Amps rating, class 5P10 for protection & class 1.0 for metering 10 VA burden, short time rating 21 KA for 0.1 sec suitable for 11 KV - 03 Nos.
