PART -A PIPELINE SURVEY RECONNAISSANCE SURVEY FOR PIPELINE (GOLAGHAT TO BCPL TO LAKWA PLANT PIPELINE ROUTE)
Carryout reconnaissance survey as per Specification/ Scope of work in the tender and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge and submission of four coloured drawings and report. The reconnaissance survey shall be carried out proposing minimum three or more feasible alternative routes and giving details of likely crossings and other constraints that is likely to be encountered during pipeline construction on each route, future development plans of land owning authorities like Municipal corporation, Gram Panchayat, PWD, NHAI , etc., availability of land including ownership details and recommending the best feasible route
DETAILED SURVEY FOR MAINLINE (GOLAGHAT TO BCPL TO LAKWA PLANT PIPELINE ROUTE)
Carrying out detailed pipeline route survey and all associated works along the pipeline route including Centerline Survey, Detailed Route Survey, Crossing survey (minor) , Collection of population density data, permanent monuments along the pipeline route, collection of all data, submission of Alignment sheet, providing all manpower, tools, tackles, materials, equipments and other support, facilities (including mobilization and demobilization as required) necessary for the work, in accordance with requirement of Scope of Work document no. (C211031-00-PP-SOW-2001) and in compliance Specification for Topographic Survey (Annexure) enclosed with the tender document and as per instructions of the COMPANY ’s Representative including meeting all responsibilities and furnishing all documents for survey.
SOIL STRATIFICATION & CLASSIFICATION SURVEY Carrying out Soil Stratification work along the pipeline route as per specification including and providing all men, tools, tackles, materials, testing equipment and other equipment other support facilities including mobilization and demobilization as required etc. as per tender document, The boring minimum 150 dia bore hole shall be either terminated at a depth of 3 M below NGL or on top of bed rock if rock is encountered at a depth of less than 3 M. and Boreholes shall be made at intervals of 250 M along the pipeline route, at all intermediate points where there is apparently a change in the type of soil and at any other place as directed by direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Interval can be increased to 500 M then to 1 km in case soil strata is found to be same.This will required Approval of Company`s Representative / PMC. Atleast 2 borehole shall be carriedout on the two side of each NH & SH crossing.
CORROSION SURVEY Carrying out corrosion survey including measurement of soil resistivity at a depth of 1.0, 1.5 & 2.0 m interval at every 500 m, chemical analysis of soil/water, collection of additional data related to cathodic protection as per specification including providing man power, tools, tackles, materials, soil resistivity testing equipment, pipe/cable locator & other supporting facilities etc. including mobilization & demobilization necessary for survey and associated works, including compilation and presentation of data in four sets of Corrosion Survey Report as per technical specification, drawings, implementation schedule and other provisions of the tender document and instructions of Engineer-in-charge
MAJOR CROSSING SURVEY Crossing Survey (To carry out a detailed survey covering a proposed crossing for Gas Pipeline using survey instruments and Providing Planimetry and ground profile (Section) details and levels at 5m interval as per technical specification, tender document and direction of EIC ) Survey shall be covering at least width of 20 m (SH/NH) on either side of proposed crossing, including making of Crossing drawings required for laying of pipeline, all complete as per specifications and the direction on Engineer-in-charge. Note : All other crossing shall be inculded in SOR item number PI002.00.01.
Through a road (NH/SH), covering at least width of 20 m (Beyond NH/SH RoU) on either side of proposed crossing all complete as per specifications and the direction on Engineer-in-charge
Railway crossing covering at least a width of 60 m (Beyond Railway RoU) on either side of proposed crossing all complete as per specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-charge
Major water crossings (Rivers) / Major Canal Crossing (Contionous Water flow canal ) (For depth beyond 4 m ) - covering at least a width of 50m (From bank of River/Canal or upto Highest Flood level whichever is more) on either side of proposed crossing all complete as per specifications and the direction of Engineer-incharge.
CADASTRAL SURVEY
Carrying out Cadastral survey for RoU acquisition involving Collection of (a) Village Maps(Revenue Map), digitization of Village Map and transfer of alignment and RoU under acquisition in the maps. (b) Ownership details. (c) Field Measurement Book (FMB) etc. and submission to AGCL as specified in Scope of work/Technical Specifications by providing all man power, tools, tackles, materials, equipment and other support, facilities (including mobilization and demobilization as required) necessary for the work, and as per instructions of AGCL Submission of drawing/Documents in hard as well as soft copies for each pipeline as per requirement of tender documents and instruction of AGCL.
GIS/ LIS WORK (GOLAGHAT TO BCPL TO LAKWA PLANT PIPELINE ROUTE)
Digitization and Development of GIS/LIS of detailed route survey pipeline data and uploading of same data in Client GIS Platform and submission of drawing /documents in hard as well as soft copies for each pipeline as per requirement of tender documents and instruction of the engineer-in-charge.
PART B- PERMISSIONS Preparing the map for applying and Obtaining of permission from Municpal corporation, Gram Panchayat or various land owning authorities using Google map or secondary maps or survey maps or crossing maps as applicable ( With authorisation from concerned agency) and submission to concerned land owning agencies in the required format and /or uploading in the website as required for applying of permission and submitting 4 copies of the applied permission drawings along with soft editable copies and CAD output on CD to COMPANY/PMC. All liasioning works for applying and obtaining secondary maps is included in this item. Note: 1. Payment will be made for the final approved route for which application has been made to the land agencies. 2. Item covers all works towards successful receipt of Permision for Laying Pipeline & OFC and stations from Concerned authorities & Land owners.

Topo Graphical Survey Works
Conducting topographical ground/land survey in the specified area as shown in the tender drawings by conventional/GPS or any other standard method, covering details of physical features like Rivers, Nallahs, Lakes, Ponds, wells, pits, Forest, Trees, Roads, culverts, transmission lines, telegraph/ telephone and electric poles, underground or any other services, cross drainage works including cross sectional details of nallah etc. including establishing high flood level with source of information, identification of any monument, historical structure, wild life sanctuary in the vicinity, storm water disposal point with levels, cross-section details of nallah, recording spot levels, including providing in tabulation girth wise no. of trees etc as specified, plotting and developing topographical contour maps, showing true north including establishing survey reference stations, key plan etc. including all equipment's, instruments, personnel's, clearing of bushes as per requirement for intervisibility to carry out survey work etc. , complete work in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including submitting hard copies of drawings/map and supply of electronic files. Note: Survey work shall be carried out by survey agency approved by Contractor and shall be submitted to PMC/EPC for review. Note: (1) Surveyors having adequate practical knowledge and experienced in survey works with advanced equipment is essential. Man and equipment required are to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (2) The contractors shall include the cost towards mobilisation/de-mobilisation of equipment and men. (3) The contractor shall include the cost towards clearing of bushes/vegetation/cutting and removing tree branches (if required), in his quoted rates. (4) This work shall be carried at different places. (5) Contractor shall include the cost of Grid Pillar,Boundary Pillar & Permanent Pillar etc. in the quoted rates
