SUB HEAD - II : ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT WORK:
Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. (a) Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%.
Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : (a) Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc.: (i) With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.
Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : (a) Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: (i) With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.
SUB HEAD - III : PLAIN AND REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORK:
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :
a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.
Providing and laying in position Machine Batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

SUB HEAD - IV : BRICK WORK:
Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : (a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand.
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/ 230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).
Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 100 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6 mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work.
SUB HEAD - V : PLASTERING & FINISHING :
Providing of 6mm cement plaster of mix in all surface with (a) cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) at all levels.
Providing of 12 mm cement plaster of mix in all surface with (a) cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) at all levels.
Providing of 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick / C.C wall of mix: (a) 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) at all levels.
Providing of 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.
Providing and Applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved brand and shade over and including one coat of primer, including preparation of surface etc.,complete as directed.& with plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm
Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade over a coat of primer including preparation of surface and applying approved brand putty on following surfaces at all levels and locations etc., complete. Steel surfaces with zinc chromate primer.
Providing & fixing chicken wire mesh at the junctions of RCC and C.C , 200mm overlapping on both sides with all necessary hardware etc., complete with guage and mesh size - 20swg and 20mm mesh
SUB HEAD - VI : FLOORING WORK:
Providing and Laying 200mm thick Vaccum dewatered cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1 cement ;1.5 coarse sand and 3 graded aggregate of 20mm)flooring in alternate panels of 3x4m including reinforcement 16mm at 150c/c .Vaccum dewatered technic to accelerate the evaporation of excess water in green concrete using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporating filter layer and vaccum generators (80 to 90% vaccum to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minute per 25mm depth ) all as per specification including cutting grooves 4mmx20mm deep in flooring with diamond saw cutting machine before the concrete is seven days old including providing and filling the grooves with polysulphate sealant of approved make or equivalent (modified semi rigid epoxy joint filler ) including cost of required the panel shuttering work with steel channel and as per direction of Engineer-In- charge.The work shall be carried out by specialized agency approved by Engineer -in charge NOTE:-Reinforcement shall be payable seperatly as per item no: 35
SUB HEAD - VII : PRE ENGINEERED, STEEL WORK,WOOD WORK / UPVC WORK :
Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour sliding or openable glazed window upto 1.65 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mmthick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of requiredlength (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVCextruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile,zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with singlenylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm sizefor fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profileof frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, includingdrilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.
After fixing framethe gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proofsilicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all completeas per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glasspanes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately)Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance indimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation inprofile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment onthis account shall be made
a)Three track three panels sliding window made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.

Supply and erection of Pre-Engineered steel building sections as per the general arrangement of plans & sections. All Primary structural members such as columns & Beams shall be cold formed steel which has a minimum yield strength of 345 Mpa and will confirm to the physical specification of ASTM A-607 (Grade 50 or equivalent). All other miscellaneous secondary members shall have a minimum yield strength of 250 Mpa.
Supply and erection of Pre-Engineered steel building sections as per the general arrangement of plans & sections. All secondary structural framing such as girts, eaves struts, wind bracings, flange bracings, base angles, clips, and other miscellaneous structural partsshall be cold formed steel which has a minimum yield strength of 345 Mpa and will confirm to the physical specification of ASTM A-607 (Grade 50 or equivalent). All other miscellaneous secondary members shall have a minimum yield strength of 250 Mpa.

SUB HEAD - VIII : ROOFING
Supplying and fixing of precoated Zincalume / Galvalume sheet roofing of 0.5mm TCT -AZ-150, 550 mpa (Alumunium Zinc Alloy coating of 150 gms, per sqm total on both sides) as per AS: 1397 in cover width of 1000-1020 mm, (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge).The end rib shall be aesigned for anti-capillary action, to avoid any seepage of water through the lateral overlap. The feed material is manufactured out of nominal 0.45 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT), Hi-strength steel with min. 550 MPa yield strength. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 25 pm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners of approved make with EPDM washer as per the requirement considering the profile shape and design load. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12meter or as directed by Engineer-in- charge.(Make - Tata or Equivalent)
Providing & fixing 4 mm thick polycarbonate sheet skylight over the cut outs as shown on drawings, fixing the polycarbonate sheets to the MS closed structure by means of aluminium extruded sections, EPDM gasket screwed to the steel structure & sealing the joints completely with approved sealent to make them waterproof, inclusive of closing the vertical gaps with the same sheet, cleaning, inishing neat, scaffolding upto any height etc. complete all as per directions of the EIC. The rate to include for all the laps & wastages, flashings etc. Only net laid area of the sheet shall be measured for payment.

The panel shall consist of suitable rating TPN Aluminium busbar (at the rating of 0.8A/Sq.mm) supported with DMC/ SMC barriers and color coded with Heat shrinkable sleeves. The Metering shall be provided as specified. The panel shall have Short circuit withstanding capacity of minimum 50KA and consist of the switchgear as mentioned below.The panel shall be got fabricated from CPRI Approved manufacturers. Indoor panels shall have IP-4X degree of protection and outdoor panels shall have IP-55 degree of protection wiith external door . Enclosure shall be modular with bolted design.
