Supply of 16 meter 20 Sided Polygon High Mast shaft of required material confirming to BSEN 10025 or Equivalent in two section, with base dia.410 mm and top dia 150 mm with plate thickness bottom 4mm and top 3 mm, PCD 490 mm with the base plate of Suitable size, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as 50 m/sec with wind tunnel testing certificate/structural engineer certificate. with raising and lowering system comprising head frame, 2 Steel wire rope 6 mm dia. (7/19 construction) trailing cable, double drum winch operational via electrical (via electrical motor of reputed make alongwith requisite arrangement of equipment) and mechanical both modes with suitable lubricant of SAE grade as per IS, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 8 luminaries symmetrically placed and its control gear boxes and lighting. The high mast shall have an integral power tool install inside the base compartment for its operation.

Supply of foundation bolt of length 850 mm and diameter 30mm / as per OEM standard manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common templates

Supply installation, testing and Commissioning of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32 Amp.TPN MCB incomer, Electronic/ digital timer capable of automatic switching control of lightings at the pre determined time and as per the ambient lighting level,25 A contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries,power tool control with 2 nos. 9A contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 35 Sq.mm and outgoing 16 & 2.50 Sq.mm terminals etc. as reqd. Panel should be erected in min. 14 gauge CRCA sheet Box with supporting angles, self-lock.gasket and slanting top erected in CC foundation in an approved manner.

Supply of Single dome aviation obstruction lights with LED lamps.

F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI ≥70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMI-EMC as per CISPR -15, lenses for beam angle 30 deg-120deg as per the application and the project requirement., suitable tilt able fitting, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin) , SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt output .LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C).

Construction of suitable shallow foundation with M20/M25/ suitable grade of concrete as per OEM standards for the 16 Mtr. high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 6 T/ sq. meter at 2 meter depth with all materials and labours

Erection of 16 Mtr. high mast with the help of suitable tools and tackles, wiring of luminaries with all wiring material and labour as reqd.

Supplying and fixing FP Sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 16/25/32 Amp,415 volts "C" curve FP MCB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of PVC insulated PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade armoured U.G. aluminium cable as confirming to IS:1554 part-1 with upto date amendment as reqd. a) 4X 16 Sq mm

Laying of one no. PVC insulated PVC sheathedXLPE/ power cable of 1.1 KV grade direct in ground including sand cushioning. protective Covering and refilling the trench etc as required a)up to 35 sq. mm

Laying of one no. PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed XLPE/ power cable of 1.1 KV grade on wall Surface etc. as reqd. a)up to 35 sq. mm. ( Clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one no. PVC Insulated PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade in existing RCC HUME/ METAL PIPE as reqd. a)up to 35 sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. a)up to 35 sq. mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC sheathed XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as reqd. a) 4 X 16 sq. mm.(28 mm)

Providing laying& fixing of Gl pipe medium in ground complete with GI fitting including trenching (75 cm deep) & refilling etc. as required a) 50 mm dia

Earthing with G.l. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.l. earth plate 600mm X 600 mmX6mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing & laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia Gl wire in 15 mm dia Gl pipe from earth electrode including connection with thimble, excavation and re-filling etc. as required
