Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for fondation, footings, bases for columns.

Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs andsteps etc.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connectingplate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primingcoat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width inmesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, and washers as required complete .

Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band andmanufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (twoor more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding acoat of mordant solution.
