Collection and supply of gravels for Base course And side berms and labour charges for filling etc complete

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying Prime coat over WMMsurface using 7 kgs of bitumen emulsion per 10 sqm including cost of bitumen emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores cost of which will be recovered at the issue rate as per the special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen emulsion to actual workspot handling charges including labour charges for brushing , cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags, etc., complete as per standard specification No 503 of MOST

Applying tack coat over prime surface using 2.5 kgs of bitumen emulsion per 10 sqm including cost of bitumen emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores cost of which will be recovered at the issue rate as per the special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen emulsion to actual workspot handling charges including labour charges for brushing , cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags, etc., complete as per standard specification No 503 of MOST

Bituminous Macadam;- Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.

BC 25mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade)
