Providing & fixing false ceiling at (b) all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre With Semi With fully Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of perforated perforated 12mm Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, 12mm thick thick micro tegular design and patterns having moisture micro tegular edged or 1 0 mm content less than 2%, humidity resistance edged GRG thick square edged of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS false ceiling GRG false ceiling 8225:1987, Noncombustible as per BS tiles tiles 4 76 (part 4 )-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main- T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm,cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1OOO mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x 24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall I partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The demolished materials should be disposed off at a site as described by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on ceiling (brick or concrete surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted over and incl complete removal of existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring on concealed conduit with 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 V grade multistranded drawn into and including rigid PVC conduit with accessories of suitable dia medium grade concealed in walls/floors and pressed steel terminal boxes MS, duly painted with red oxide metal primer including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement covered with 3 mm thick laminated sheet including one running up of 1.5 Sq mmm copper conductor PVC insulated cable, as earth continuity conductor alongwith wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly for one light/bell/ceiling fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and directed Note:- Rate quoted by the contractor is including for cutting chassis for concealed the conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
