First class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As in item no. 303+309+310

12 mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement mortar over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 3/8" (10 mm) thick including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As Per SI No.-584(i)

C.C. work with 1:2:4 cement C sand and stone grit 20 concrete in holdfase inlcluding all required in complete work as SI No 279(i)

Distemper two coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand manufacture and required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer As in item no. 649+650

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint including base coat of waterproofing cement paint as per DSR- 13.46.1

S/F of 32 mm thick flush D&W comericial ply wood shutter as SI No. 470 i

Paint two coats on new iron & wood work as per SI No. 1+2+4iii ub new item

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per DSR 13.26

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in charge within a distance'of 60 metre (200 ft.). As per SI No 706
