Hiring of Super sucker and jetting machine having sufficient capacity for effective depth upto 10 mt i/c 20 HP submersible pump set with electric panel board , 62.5 KVA Diesel generator set and suction hose pipes with all fittings i/c cost of manpower (1 No. qualified Engineer, 2 Nos. Driver , 4 nos. S.G. Beldar , 2 Nos. operator ) and cost of diesel , lubricants , insurance , safety equipments , mobilization charges etc. all complete as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge for 8 Hrs shift per day.
Providing leak proof roka's in 150 mm dia to 300 mm dia running sewer line with earth filled in empty cement (PVC) bags i/c removal of same after completion of work.
Plugging of existing line & manhole with two nos. MS sheet 6 mm thick with angle iron frame and braces shutter placed on both the opening of Pipes .This shutters to be strutted with wooded struts and filling up the manhole with empty cement bags (PVC) filling up to suitable depth to avoid leakage the serviceable on U/s side to be pumped with suitable nos. and capacity of pumps till the work is completed so as kept reduce the pressure to be required extent to be plugged manhole. Necessary arrangement to be made for pumping of any leakage noticed in the manhole or to re-plug it is case of heavy leakages. The steel shutter & the earth filled with PVC cement bags shall be removed after the completion of Work and then the manhole to be de silted a) 400 mm dia
