Plant Operator:(Diploma in Eng/ ITI (Civil) passed). Skilled Person: Personnel to carry out the required operational activities, Maintaining the day to day plant operational data, Collection of Tipping fee, Sending the samples to Lab analysis and other activities as per the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Protocol guided by the Municipal Engineer.(per day per person)

Plant Helper: Mazdoor Category-I Unskilled Person: Required for activities exceeding routine needs; may involve cleaning, basic handling, and other activities as per the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Protocol guided by the Municipal Engineer.(per day per person)

Providing round-the-clock security services for safeguarding the Treatment Plant premises, including all buildings, equipment, machinery, materials, and utilities. The work shall include deployment of trained security personnel in shifts for 24-hour surveillance, controlling entry and exit of men, vehicles and materials, maintaining visitor registers, patrolling of the entire plant area, and prevention of theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.The scope includes providing uniformed security guards, supervision staff where required, communication arrangements, and all necessary safety and security protocols as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall be inclusive of wages, statutory compliance (ESI, PF, insurance, etc.), uniforms, equipment, administrative charges, and all incidental expenses required for satisfactory security operations.(per day per person)

Annual maintenance for conventional electric pumps. Estimated at 10% of the pump’s cost annually; Maintenance of conventional electric pumps on daily basis with routine inspection, minor repairs, electrical and mechanical maintenance, cleaning of waste materials when blockage in pump wherever necessary including cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc, complete as per specification.

Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kit for operation and maintenance staff working in sewage treatment plant, fecal sludge treatment plant, or sanitation works. The PPE kit shall consist of safety helmet, safety goggles, nose mask or respirator, hand gloves (rubber and cotton), safety shoes or gum boots, reflective jacket, and protective apron or coverall of approved quality. The rate shall include supply of all above items, transportation to site, and all incidental expenses required for satisfactory completion.

Electrical conductivity (EC) and alkalinity (pH). It measures EC from 0 to about 20 mS/cm and pH from 0 to 14. Supply and delivery of the device and accurate readings with automatic temperature compensation and easy calibration to maintain accuracy. It is battery-operated, lightweight, durable, and often waterproof, suitable for quick and reliable water testing in treatment plants or field operations.

Regular Maintenance Removal of grit and sludge from the Stabilization Reactor, ABR, AF, Chlorine tank and disposal to the sludge drying bed (using the ULB’s own vehicle), including loading into vehicle and filling the site as shown by the departmental engineers.
