REPAIR AND RECTIFICATION OF SWD KAILASANATHAR KOIL STREET WARD 5 IN NELLIKUPPAM MUNICIPALITY

Earth work excavation in Sand silt or other Loose soil wet sand or silt not under water light black cotton soil sandy loam ordinary soil except hard rock requiring blasting including shering and shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layer of 15 Cm thick well rammed consolidated and depositing the surp less earth within compound in places shown by the departmental officers with all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and Eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and erecting for shuttering, including necessary supports for plan surface in foundation and basement for RCC column footings, Plinth beams, Staircase steps, etc. Using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm X 60 cm and 10 gauge, stiffened with mild steel angle of size 25 mm X 25 mm X 3 mm for boarding, supported by silver oak joists of size 10 X 6.5 cm, spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casuarinas props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (One part of Cement and Four part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half M.sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Granular surface base to the required surface using murram, Granular soil of size varying from 4mm to 75mm including cost of material and cost of labour for stacking, spreading and consolidating layer by layer (Each layer not exceeding 100mm) including hire charges of Roller etc, complete as per the direction of Departmental officers.
