Supplying and fixing of 65mmx65mmx6mm swan neck type angle iron vertical posts with strut of total vertical height 3m, out of which top of the post 0.6m length (swan neck portion) cut and bent to shape, making of notches (04 Numbers with 20mm spacing) to the angle at the swan neck portion, the vertical portion shall havw atleast six holes for fixing of nuts and bolts to hold the chain link, welded to heavy base plates 150mmx150mmx8mm of Flat Structural MS properly bolted to the already existing concrete foundation by means of minimum 04 No. M16 zinc coated wedge anchor bolts embedded at least 100mm deep, fixed at 1 appropriate distances apart, gussets 5mm thick triangular steel wedges. The job also includes supplying and fixing of MS Flats of 50mm wide and 6mm thick properly bolted to the vertical posts for tensioning, diagonal bracing, fabrication of split double leaf 6 feet wide gate with proper gate post, high quality hinges, heavy duty aldrops, diagonal strut bracing as directed, applying of two or more coats of red oxide metal primer followed by two or more coats of paint of approved colour and shade over the whole structure, as directed by the Engineer-in charge

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade, width 2.4m (appox), mesh size 50x50 mm 2 including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire, nuts, bolts and washers and three rows of 4mm thick tension wire as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge, over the vertical post mentioned above

Supplying and fixing of 4 strand galvanized steel barbed wire of 2.24mm diameter of line wire, barbed with 2 mm diameter of wire of 75mm spacing to be fixed on the vertical posts mentioned above, fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. The line and point wires shall be circular in section, free from scales and other defects and shall be uniformly galvanized
