Supply of 6 sq.mm. 5 KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed antitermite & antirodent standard copper conductor single core Airport lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part II) with upto date amendment as required confirming to particular specifications etc. as required.

Supply of Omni-directional LED inset fitting of blue lens for Taxiway edge applications suitable for use in 6.6A airfield lighting circuits normally supplied from 15W isolating transformer and complete with lens support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, including shallow base other accessories etc. complete as required meeting the requirement of ICAO Annex -14 and aerodrome design manual part - IV.

Supply of Omni-directional LED inset fitting of red lens for Apron edge applications suitable for use in 6.6A airfield lighting circuits normally supplied from 15W isolating transformer and complete with lens support mechanism, lens clamping mechanism, gaskets, two pin secondary leads, including shallow base other accessories etc. complete as required meeting the requirement of ICAO Annex -14 and aerodrome design manual part - IV.

Supply of 15 W 6.6/6.6 A Isolating Transformer etc. complete as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I class B connector, suitable for field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable of following size as required and confirming to the relevant IS specifications as required for following sizes. a) 6 Sqmm

Supply of DOBEFIL 60 of Dr. Beck & Co. or equivalent sealant material suitable for fixing bottom box of inset approach/threshold fitting etc. as required

Supply of hardener 758 for DOBEFIL 60 sealant as required

Supply of 2 x 4 Sq.mm AFL secondary lead of 1.5 mtr length.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. 6 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size ISI marked DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench/ duct ., complete as required. 50 mm OD, 38 mm ID

Making field connections by crimping following size plug and receptacle with the existing single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material. Applying HT / PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required a) 6 Sqmm

Cutting of cable groove with kerf cutting machine for laying following number of 2x4 Sqmm secondary leads meant for inset type taxiway fitting on the concrete/ bituminous taxiway surface including kerfing, chiselling, cleaning and filling the groove with departmentally supplied sealant compound after laying secondary lead including jute covering for protection etc. as required. a) 01 run of cable

Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type LED taxiway / Apron edge light fittings in the bitumen/ concrete surface using core cutting machine and departmentally supplied Dobefil 60 compound & Hardener 750, installation and aligning of inset fitting using suitable jig, closing of shallow base with sealant material, connecting with secondary leads, providing Insulation tape etc. as required.

SITC of illuminated Guidance Signage Boards as per ICAO standards with suitable wattage for operating with LEDs of luminous intensity, life, THD etc. as per specifications, ensuring heat dissipation, uniform distribution of light illuminated by a single driver by using single isolating transformer of suitable rating, suitable to operate on runway/ Taxiway circuit of current varying from 2.8 to 6.6 Amps, having uniform brightness across the entire range of current, including providing concrete pedestal surrounding to the signage board, GI/ Aluminium pipes supports and breakable coupling etc. as required. (i) Information signs for locations

Supply and fixing of MS base plates of 330 mm dia and 6 nos M-10 SS allen bolts as per drawing for covering the CI transformer housing box including providing gaskets, and SS allen bolts etc. complete as required

Numbering of Taxiway light fittings with ISI approved enamel paint with double coat yellow paint as background and numbering with black paint of suitable size serially etc., complete as required.

Installation of Transformer housing Box having single/double entry with a base concrete of 1:3:6 ( 1:cement, 3:coarse sand, 6:concrete of 20 mm nominal size) of size 630x630x100mm thick and all around concrete of 1:2:4 ( 1: cement, 2 : coarse sand, 4 : concrete of 20mm nominal size) 150 mm and top slope as specified including providing & fixing 300 mm long 15 mm dia "B" class G.I. pipe for drainage of water etc. complete as required as per specification & drawing

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply and laying of 6 SWG dia GI wire along with cable including providing lugs for termination, etc. complete as required
