Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half Brick Masonary in (1:4) mix cement mortar for super structure upto floor level V.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. In colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. ( Group A)

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan ( Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or Strap,10 litre low level P.V. C. flushing cistern including flushpipe (of approved make "manually controled device conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings andfixtures complete, including cutting and making goodthe walls and floors wherever required Orissa pattern white vitreous china W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back or wall corner type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265mm sizes respectively

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required :White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 450x300 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap

Providing and fixing of C.P Grating of required size (100mm)

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS : 8931 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and gyser points of approved make conforming to IS : 8931 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. Concealed pipe including painting with anti corrosive bitumastic paint, cutting chases and making good the wall: Note:-(all Items to be paid as per actual used on site)

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank lSI : 12701 marked indicating the BIS License No. with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank having valid lSI license].

Providing and Fixing 1 mm thick M.S.Sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angel iron and M.S gusset plates at the junction and corners.all necessary fitting,including applying a primer coat of approved coat steel primer.

Colour washing such as green blue or buff to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) with basecoat of whiting

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate.
