Supply, install, test and commissioning step down transformer, outdoor type, plinth mounted HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 200 KVA including bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. The transformer shall be completed with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil, etc, and conforming to level 2 of IS 1180 : 2014, BEE certified, duly mounted on 1.2 mtr high plinth casted in PCC(1:3:6) type C-2, and all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for mild steel cross arm bracing, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size with & including one coat of red oxide primerand two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and direced.

Material and labour for Pin type, porcelain, vitrous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one GI nuts,150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anti climbing device, spike type fabricated out of M S bars (round square and flat) including nuts, bolts washers, and welding into two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of pole all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figure and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 cm size all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV out door type gang operated air-break switch (GOD) suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with 15 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps including drop out fuse set all as specified and as directed.

S&F lighting arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, Discharge capacity 65 KA for 11KV all as specified and as directed.

S&F expulsion fuse single pole capacity 25 Amps for 11KV all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installtion,testing commisioning of LT panel board Outdoor type, CPRI approved, platform mounted, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, openable from both front and rear side, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet covered on angle iron 50x50x6mm frame grouted 30cm in foundation including inner chambers/partitions to mount the following electrical accessories, having front & rear hinged doors, lifting lugs (2 Nos), provision for earth strip connection, bottom detachable gland plates, connecting using suitable size of zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts and washers. The cabinet & all members should be chemically treated with anti-corrosive chemicals and apply spray paint with two coats of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The internal connection of MCCB should be provided with Aluminium strip of suitable size including necessary foundation PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 with earth work excavation all as required at site with following items :-
