The surfaces then shall be cured and allowed to dry. All the joints of pipe shall be sealed properly. (Note: - Provision of spout pipe as extended 45 cm beyond external face of wall to be measured and paid separately). (b) Apply a coat of moisture cured high tensile elastomeric modified polyurethane based liquid membrane on floor as well as on wall as per manufacturer’s instructions, after the treatment over, sunken portion shall be kept full of water for at least one week to check that no seepage is seen from the external wall / concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass filling in sunken slab of toilets complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.

E/M Portion: - Taking down old unserviceable copper / aluminium point wiring concealed / batten (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, bell push, bell electric, lamp holder, bulk head fitting, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting and any type of switch board wooden / iron, round block etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, cable of 3 run 6 Sqmm for phase and neutral and one run of 6.0 Sqmm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the existing rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase / neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length including taking down old wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.

Material and labour for taking down and strip opening to geyser of any make and capacity 25 / 35 / 50 litres including disconnection of all water pipe connection and taking out water inlet / outlet assembly, removing glass wool, the inner tank, descaling the assembly and tank, detecting the leakage, welding / brazing the defected part, repacking the glass wool and refixing the same after making it functional including replacement of Inlet / outlet assembly, heating element, worn out nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of vertical distribution board (TP&N) 4 way double door suitable for and including MCCB 125 Amp 16 KA four pole as incomer and outgoing MCB's and should be IP-43 protected with copper bus bars, neutral links, earthing bar all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable distribution board / MCB any type complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Rate includes MCCB four pole 125 Amp, 16 KA, 415 volts with adjustable thermal settings. (ii) MCB's shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) TPN distribution board and MCCB should be of same make.
