Replacement of damaged control cables (2.5 sqmm 8 core Cu armoured :120 m,2.5 sqmm 12 core Cu armoured :130 m) and relays (Master Trip Relays = 04 nos, Compatible to EASSUN ROYALE MAKE PANELS, Tripping coils and closing coils three nos each ) (as per site requirement)

Repair/renovation cable duct including covers including reinforcement (as per site requirement)

Overhauling of illumination system (High Mast etc.) by way of replacement of existing LED Lights 12 nos with 200 watt LED Lights and making high mast functional. The LED Lights must be supplied with the warranty certificate/ card from the purchaser/manufacturer. ( as per site requirement) and any repair to contol cabinet of illumination system.

Laying of metal and concreting of yard

Improvement/repair of existing earth mat (40mm dia steel bars) as per approved design, Galavanised Iron (75mm x 12mm/ 50mm x 6 mm) risers for Equipment and Structural Earthings (as per site requirement

OVERHAULING OF 2X10 MVA 132/33 KV "IMP" MAKE POWER TRANSFORMER AT 132/33KV GRID STATION BHALESSA

Disconnection of Transformers from the system,radiators,fans,pipes,bushings, conservator tank and complete wiring

Erection of temporary shed for dehydration of transformers.

Draining of Oil, Removal of Oil and opening of connectors,dismantling old damaged components and replcement by new on, lifting of top lid of power transformers by way of crane including hire charges and replecement of damaged top lid gasket of transformer/bushing gaskets etc.

Inspection and testing of transformers including drying/replacement of silica gel,checking of buchloz relay, surge relay temperature sensors/cooling system,measurement of IR values, BD values of transformer oil,cleaning of transformer

Cleaning of transformers, Dehydration of transformer including use of vacuum pumps, Filling of drained transformer oil and fresh oil after filtration and obtaining accurate BDV value.

Final erection check inluding connection of LV and HT jumpers,control wiring etc.

Supply of fresh transformer oil as per IS:335/193.50% of 25372

RENOVATION OF CONTROL ROOM ,SBA AND JE’S RESIDENTIAL QTRS, CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY/FENCING WALL AND OTHER ALLIED CIVIL WORKS AT GRID SUB STATION BHALESA

Providing and laying integral cement-based water proofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs ,balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations. a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC Slab including adjoining walls upto 300mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/ Brick Bats 25mm to 115mm size with 50% of Cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer in- charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300mm height including rounding of Junctions of walls and slabs) c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) finishing the surface with 20mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300mm/sq 3mm deep) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by Engineerin-charge.23.7.1 With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm

Providing laminated veneer lumber conforming to IS. 14616 and TAD-15: 2001 (part B) in factory made frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws).35mm 9.6.3 Second class deodar wood

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge35mm 9.28.3 Second class deodar wood

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain/ semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bonded pressed particle board conforming to IS:3087, finished with a coat of aluminium primer on both sides & edges, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face, fixed to a grid made out of anodized aluminium (with 15micron anodic coating) T sections 35 x15x1.5 mm size main runners, cross runners 23.5x19x1.5 mm fixed to main runners placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia M.S rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats and dash fastener. The suspenders shall be placed 600 x 1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brass screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer including aluminium frame and 2 coats of oil bound distemper

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth and curing complete

Providing and applying white cement-based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.2mm thick including painting with 2 coats of oil bound distemper

Painting on G.S sheets with synthetic enamel paint of approved band and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution
