S&F storage type electric water heater (geyser), 5 star rated, energy efficient, of capacity 25 Ltrs with glass line quoted tank and 8 bar pressure injected puff insulation with 16 amp 3 pin incl nut & bolts etc.incl necessary fixing arrengement on wall and make good to disturbed surface after complition including taking down old unsv geyser and deposited in E/M store yard,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm , PVC insulated , unsheathed , fire retardent , low smoke (FRLS) drawn through and including PVC caping and casing not less than 25 mm wide with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardent low smoke cable as earth wire, fixed on wall/ceilling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI Bends/elbow, tee, union etc on wall or ceilling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of desert cooler of minimum size 26 inch length and 26 inch width and suitable height to accommodate minimum 80 ltr water tank, electric driven single phase with wood wool pads, Top cover, pillars and tank made of 1 mm thick ISI marked GI sheet and side pannels made of 0.8 mm thick GI sheet. Fan motor shall be three speed ISI marked copper winding with nominal capacity 4000 Cum/hr with 380 mm sweep metalic cooler fan. Water pump motor completely submersible and shock-proof. Voltage 220-240 V/50 Hz Power 18/20 Watts. Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for 600mm long PVC connection and 2 mtr long 3 core 1.5 Sqmm flexible cord with 5 Amp ISI marked 3 Pin plug top. Note :- (1) All internal surface of cooler shall be painted with water resistance paint and outer surface of cooler shall be spray painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade/colour.
