Preparation of detailed project Report for Infrastructural Up gradation and construction of multilane access to the plasto steel park (second entry road of Phase-I and other roads of phase-II) for last-mile connectivity including Construction and develop of a New Connectivity Road inner access pathways, adequate drainage system and Truck Parking facility for Phase-III) at the PLASTO STEEL PARK, BARJORA, Bankura. Traffic study – Classified Traffic Volume Count for continuous 24hrs x 7 days at 3 (Three) specified location following latest IRC codal provision including preparation of traffic report.
Conducting Axle Load Test for continuous 24hrs x 2days at 3 (Three) specified location following latest IRC codal provision including calculation of VDF.
Conducting origin -Destination Survey for continuous 24hrs x 2days at 2 (Two) specified location following latest IRC codal provision. [All field works to be supported by still photos / videos] .
Conducing Topographical survey of the project All existing road stretches (Approx 5.0 km) One new connectivity road (Approx 650 mtr) and using total station. The survey corridor will be 15 metre from center line both side or building line whichever is less. and Conducing Topographical Survey for location of truck parking area/areas as required. and using total station
Preparation of proposed detailed drainage plan for both surface water as well as industrial water including identification of proposed ETP location as required.
Pavement soil investigation by digging 3 nos. trial pits (1m x 1m). Investigation to be done at locations specified by EIC including noting down existing pavement composition collection of subgrade soil and necessary testing as per IRC codal provision
Pavement design and Preparation of drawing of plan, profile and cross sections for the proposed improvement proposal , Truck bay, drainage System including preparation of earth work calculation (5.650 km). Preparation of Detailed Project Report including cost estimate. Submission of DPR booklets: i) Draft copy : 1 (one) set. ii) Final copy 7 (seven) sets.
Preparation Power point presentation also to be submitted prior to submission of DPR.
