Demolition / taking down of existing old tarfelt , water proofing membrane, water proofing plaster of any description any type over RCC roof including any roof tiles, cement mortar screed, concrete screed of any thickness, for fixing of angle iron for water tank postion, incuding making good the surface by concrete to smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:3) with water proofing compound on fair finishes of brick work or concrete surface of roof slab, to be finished even and smooth(without using extra lime or cement ) all as specified and directed.( Water proof compound rate is not paid seperatly.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645-1975 of approved make complete all as specified and directed.(Dosage- @ 200ml per 50Kgs of Bags of cement)

Roof treatment :- Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet as under :- (a) Ist Course : Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384@ 0.40 Kg /Sqm on prepared surface of plaster and after drying of primer, apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm on plastered surfaces. (b) 2nd Course : APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane, 5 layered, 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with 150 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap, membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat, all joints. (c) 3rd Course : Apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm over membrane and dusted with dry sand @ 0.50 to 1 Kg/sqm. (i) On Non-accesible roof : After providing (a) to (c) provide aluminium paint as per manufacturer instructions. (ii) Coved fillet in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of required radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and vertical surface such as parapet wall/mumty around opening and treatment mentioned above shall be applied followed by a cement plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar(1:6). Note : (i) Roof treatment work shall be carried out through approved manufacturers only or through their authorised personal only.

Sunken Floor treatment :- Providing and laying of water proofing treatment to sunken portion including vertical portion by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as specified and approved including demolition and filling of sunken floor with & including PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm brick aggregate). (a) First layer of slurry of cement @0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.125 Kg/Sqm. This layer allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (c) 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with WP compound to be provided while concrete is still green. (d) Joint of/Trap/WC/Soil pipes shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Note:(a) Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compounds as per manufacturer's instructions. Before carrying out water proofing treatment the sunken slab shall be tested with water for 48 hours for any leakage /dampness is seen in ceiling below, then treatment is again carried out to RCC slab and it is again tested before passing for next stage. (The rate quoted includes water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions). (b) Please note that only floor area shall be measured for payment purpose.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces or one side of lathing and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces or one side of lathing and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
