S&F as in repairs LT Panel Indoor type floor mounted free standing dust and vermin proof panel / DB with IP-42 protection, CPRI approved, frame fabricated out of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm angle iron, 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for entire outer panel with single door and locking arrangements & 1.6 mm for inner compartment with 40mmx4mm flat Iron, including Separate cubicle chamber with cable alley not less than 300mm width for installation/connecting switchgears with the main bus bar using aluminium bus link or copper conductor flexible wires suitable for switch rating and connecting outgoing terminals of the switchgear with terminal blocks of appropriate current rating using flexible copper wires duly terminated by cable lugs and thimbles, MS surfaces epoxy based powder coated, shade as approved over 2 coats of red oxide primer, surfaces pre-treated in seven tank process for de-greasing, de-rusting & Phosphated, panel having front and rear opening and provision for installation of separate cable alleys, busbar chamber and switchgear compartments, Provision in cable alleys for bottom cable entry for incoming & outgoing cables, affixing MV danger plate at suitable intervals / locations including erection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed including fixtures amd fitments mentioned against srl 1.01 & 1.02 below:-.

Outgoing:- Separate cubical chamber with a cable alley not less than 300 mm width for installation/connecting the following switch gear with the main bus bar using aluminium bus link or copper conductor flexible wires suitable to the switch rating and connecting outgoing terminals of the switch gear with terminal blocks of appropriate current rating using flexible copper wires duly terminated by cable lugs and thimbles. (i) MCCB, 4 pole 400 A, 36 KA -01 No (ii) MCCB, 4 pole 200 A, 25 KA -02 No (iii) MCCB, 4 pole 100 A, 16 KA -04 No (iv) MCCB, 4 pole 63 A, 16 KA -01 Nos (v) MCB, 4 pole 40 A, -02 No (vi) MCB, SPN 20 A, -02 No Note:- (i) A clear space of 200mm shall be kept from floor level for switchgear compartment. (ii) Air ventilation breathers with exhaust fan plastic body 100mm sweep to be provided for heat dissipation. Suitable sized knock-out holes for cable glands shall be provided. (iii) Each compartment shall be numbered / lettered as approved by GE. (iv) LT panel shall be fixed in existing location and the disturbed surrounding surfaces shall be made good as per exising specifications. The cost of making good shall be deemed included in unit quoted rate. (v) Contractor shall submit the GA drawings of LT Panel for approval of GE before placing the bulk order

M&L painting old surfaces of Feeder Pillar boxes / LT panels of any sizes at site with two coats of epoxy based paint DANCOT/Asian make shade / tint as approved including preparation of surfaces, cleaning rusted portion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only following fixtures / fittings for replacement in LT Panel boards:-

MCCB, 36 KA, 4 pole, 400A

MCCB, 25 KA, 4 pole, 200A

MCCB, 25 KA, 4 pole, 160A

MCCB, 16 KA, 3 pole, 125A

MCCB, 16 KA, 3 pole, 100A

M&L repair, testing, commisioning of SFC (static frequencey converter) of capacity upto 40 KVA of make APLAB by opening and diagnose the fault and rectifying the same with replacement of IGBT -03 Nos, SCR Modul-03 Nos, Charger card - 01 No,Control SMPS - 01 No, Supply Card -01 No, HRC fuse - 01 Nos and DC-DC board as existing (New DC-DC board programed by OEM/manufacturer shall be inserted after removing existing one) ,rectifier of suitable capacity of Make Aplab including controle switches , wiring and meters complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Repair/replacement work shall be carried out through OEM only. (ii) Contractor shall submit testing report after repair of UPS/SFC

S&F as in repairs Automatic power factor correction panel of capacity 150 KVAR in 12 stages with micro processor based by Supply, assembly, erection, testing and commissioning of Indoor type floor mounted free standing, dust and vermin proof panel/DB with IP-42 protection CPRI approved ISO 9001 certified “suitable for 3 CT inputs, 3 phase current and voltage measurement, PF display, individual harmonic measurement upto 31st order, communication through inbuilt MODBUS RS- 485 protocol, frame fabricated out of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm angle iron, 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for entire outer panel with single door and locking arrangements & 1.6 mm for inner compartment with 40mmx4mm flat Iron, MS surfaces epoxy based powder coated, shade as approved over 2 coats of red oxide primer, surfaces pre-treated in seven tank process for de-greasing, de-rusting & Phosphated, Panel / DB having front and rear opening for installation of separate cable alleys, busbar chamber and switchgear compartments, Provision in cable alleys to be kept for bottom cable entry for incoming & outgoing cables. BUS BAR CHAMBER :- (a) 400 Amp 3 Strips & Neutral Strip 200 Amp, Aluminium conductor, with color coded heat shrinkable sleave and shall be mounted on non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant, high strength DMC material, interconnection of all incomings & outgoings. INSTRUMENT CHAMBER :- (i) Digital Multifunction Meter- 01 Set. (ii) Red,Yellow,Green Phase indicating Lights LED type 220V AC- 1 Set. (Set of three). (iii) Protection MCB 6 A SP C Series- 1 Set. (Set of three). Make of Metering Accessories :-L&T/ AE/ Trinity/ Schneider.

All as per serial item No. 12 here in before but capacity : 250 KVAR in 12 stages with micro processor based with the following fittings & fixure.

(Set of three).

M&L Disconnecting LT cable connection, opening, 3 phase voltage stabilizer of capacity 40 KVA to 200 KVA of make Vintek, Blue Line, ITE or any other make balanced or unbalanced type, draining of transformer oil, replacement of unserviceable parts, servicing of moving parts, adjustment of bush assembly, tightening of electric connection, replacement of worn out nuts, bolt, gaskets, carbon brushes, re-filling of transformer oil, reassembling, making connections well cleaning and preparation of surface of servo stabilizer cleaning the inner surface of stabilizer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to the outer surface including marking of SM/MES No with white synthetic enamel paint and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: a) Voltage stabilizer shall be repaired by original manufacturer or by authorised service provider of the company. b) Spare parts required for replacement will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule. Labour for fixing the parts is included in unit rate of item c) All T & P and transportaion arrangement shall also be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply only following parts suitable for three phase servo voltage stabilizer 40 KVA to 200KVA capacity as per existing make or as recommanded by original stabilizer manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L as in repair Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc, Powder Coating of any color (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L as in repair Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc.including powder coating of any colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 4.00 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 in each pane including all fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) IEC/BS EN 61111: 2009 BIS/ERDA/CPRI approved suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 33 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) IEC/BS EN 61111: 2009 BIS/ERDA/CPRI approved suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.
