REPAIR MAINT OF CEILING FANS EXHAUST FANS CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STATION MAHARAJPUR

Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans etc. of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations (i.e. Md Accn/ OTM Accn) for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc dismantlinf and opening of the checking serviceablity of parts, overhauling, Hanging / fixing the fans in position after repairs i.e overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing ,removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts,with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment , proper alignment of blades,connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item.

(ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding.

(iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of fans to workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs.

(iv) Writing of fan No. and painting of fans shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire (Make : Atlas/Finolex/Devi Dayal)as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge for the following Fans:-

(a) Rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep.

(b) Rewinding of motor of exhaust fans of 225/230 mm sweep.

(c) Rewinding of motor of exhaust fans of 300/375 mm sweep.

(d) Rewinding of motor of exhaust fans of 450 mm sweep.

(d) Rewinding of motor of wall mounted fan

Supply only the following new parts suitable for the ceiling/ exhaust fans, wall bracket fans & pedestal fans, air circulating fans etc. of any description, any sweep :-

(a) Supplying only ball bearing No 6200 (Make SKF/NRB/NBC) )

(b) Supplying only ball bearing No 6201 (Make SKF/NRB/NBC) )

(c) Supplying only ball bearing No 6202 (Make SKF/NRB/NBC) )

(d) Supplying only ball bearing No 6203 (Make SKF/NRB/NBC) )

(e) Supply only gun metal bushes of any description and size to suit existing motor shaft including grinding & polishing of fan motor shaft to required shape/size.

(f) Supplying only capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd (PVC body) (Make:- EPCOS/JYOTI/ USHA)

(g) Supplying only capacitor of capacity 3.15 mfd (PVC body) (Make:- EPCOS/JYOTI/USHA)

(h) Supplying only capacitor of capacity 4 mfd (PVC body) (Make:- EPCOS/JYOTI/USHA)

(i) Supplying only complete hanging assembly set comprising with rubber reel, MS clamps, nuts, bolts with one lock hole and lock pins suitable for any type of fans & down rods.

(j) Supply only PVC canopy of any description and suitable for any type & any make of fan.

(k) Supplying only PVC fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for exhaust fans of any descriptions & of 230 mm sweep. (Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit and make of assembly shall be as approved by GE.)

(l) Supplying only aluminium cast metal fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for exhaust fans of any descriptions & of 300 mm sweep. (Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit and make of assembly shall be as approved by GE.)

(m) Supplying only aluminium cast metal fan blade assembly with necessary MS nuts, bolts & washers suitable for exhaust fans of any descriptions & of 450 mm sweep.(Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit and make of assembly shall be as approved by GE.)

(n) Supply only PVC insulated and sheathed, round flexible cable, three core of size 23/0.0076 with copper conductor in pieces for connecting fans. ( Make :Havell’s / Finolex / Gloster / National/ Plaza )

(o) Supply only MS nuts & bolts with one hole washer & lock pin of suitable size for hanging assembly complete.

(p) Supply only rubber real of suitable size of hanging assembly complete.

(q) Supply only condensor cap pvc body

(r) Supply only 300mm long down rod 20mm dia, MS tube light grade, duly finished with powder coating of white colour, including necessary holes and threading etc. complete all as specified.

(s) Supply only 600mm long down rod 20mm dia, MS tube light grade, duly finished with powder coating of white colour, including necessary holes and threading etc. complete all as specified.

(t) Supply only 1200mm long down rod 20mm dia, MS tube light grade, duly finished with powder coating of white colour, including necessary holes and threading etc. complete all as specified.

(u) Supply only 1800mm long down rod 20mm dia, MS tube light grade, duly finished with powder coating of white colour, including necessary holes and threading etc. complete all as specified.

S&F in repair mild steel fan blade of size 1200 to 1400 mm and of standard thickness (Factory Made) duly balanced and painted of required colour at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Exhaust fan clamp (leg) for 225/300mm exhaust fan as per sample (set of 3/4) including rubber packing and clamp bolt complete all as specified and directed

S&F Exhaust fan clamp (leg) for 450 mm exhaust fan as per sample (set of 3/4) including rubber packing and clamp bolt complete all as specified and directed

S&F Exhaust fan frame for 225/300mm exhaust fan as per sample complete all as specified and directed

M&L for taking down carefully serviceable ceiling fan/exhaust fan/cabin fan (any make any size) from any building and opening the same cleaning each part, oiling and greasing including replacement of worn out parts i.e nut, bolt, screw, split pin, rubber real and re-fixing in the same position after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & removing unserviceable capacitor from existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans & pedestal fans, air circulating fans etc. of any description, any sweep fixed in position at any locations (i.e. Md Accn/ OTM Accn / hangers) for replacement with new capacitor of following capacity and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.:-

(a) Capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd (PVC body)(Make:EPCOS/ JYOTI/USHA)

(b) Capacitor of capacity 4 mfd (PVC body) (Make:- EPCOS/ JYOTI/USHA)

Taking down existing worn out louvers of any description , in any position and supplying & fixing new louvers made out of MS sheet 22 gauge thick suitable for exhaust fan of 230/300mm sweep all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

( Note: The louvers shall be of shape, size and pattern as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge duly painted with two of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer)

All as per item No.10 above but suitable for exhaust fan of 450 mm sweep

Disconnecting & taking out old existing unserviceable fan regulator of any description & in any position / location.

Supplying, fixing, connecting & testing of fan regulator (Electronic step type) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Make:- Anchor/Crompton/Usha/Bajaj/Cona)

Supplying, fixing fan hook made of of flat iron of suitable size and length, fixed with and including nut, bolts of suitable size including drilling holes for grouting nut, bolt etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F MS clamps for fixing of fan hook as per sample made out of 5 mm thick MS Falt including necessary cutting, drilling, welding and provision of necessary nut and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to ceiling fan/ exhaust fan /wall mounted fan shaft by means of remetalling, grinding & polishing to make with the original size and shape and suitable for fixing of bearing of bush and repairing of bearing housing as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of existing fans of any description (ceiling fan/exhaust fan/Air circulators/Wall mounted fans/Pedestal fan) with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (White) by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of fans including engraving MES No. of fan in capital letters of height not less than 20 mm on fan body all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Armature with shaft for ceiling fas 1200/1400 mm sweep as per sample.

S&F in replacement of top & bottom cover of armature suitable for ceiling fas 1200/1400 mm sweep as per sample.

M&L for as in repair sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FR of size 6.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts grade in and including conceled PVC conduit, med grade of size not less then 25 mm bore along-with one run of PVC(green colour) insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor FR of size 6 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. (NOTE : (i) Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Make of cable : Havells/Gloster/Polycab/Plaza/Finolex/Universal & Make of PVC conduit : AKG/Vikas/Plaza/Kinjal)).

M&L for as in repair sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FR of size 4.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts grade in and including conceled PVC conduit, med grade of size not less then 25 mm bore along-with one run of PVC(green colour) insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductor FR of size 4 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. (NOTE : (i) Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. (ii) Make of cable : Havells/Gloster/Polycab/Plaza/Finolex/Universal & Make of PVC conduit : AKG/Vikas/Plaza/Kinjal)).

Supply and fixing factory made epoxy powder coated distribution board TP & N 4 ways (VTPN MCCB DB) with metal door (IP-43 protection) fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amps copper bus bar, neutral bar, strandard DIN rail, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts and suitable for one TPN-MCCB 100 /125 Amps as incomer and 12 SP MCBs (or any combination of SP/TP MCBs )outgoings including taking out the same complete all as specified & directed.Make;-Legrand Cat No 6077 50 or equivalent of ABB/Schneider

Dismaintling & Taking out MCBs and isolator sany size , any type and capacity and remove material from site of work all as directed.
