Replacement of wall-mounted ward vacuum units of 600 ml capacity, complete with suction regulator and compatible probe. The unit shall be designed for high efficiency and minimum maintenance, and shall include ON/OFF control knob, vacuum regulation knob, and vacuum gauge graduated in millibars. The collection jar shall be transparent, made of unbreakable polycarbonate, and suitable for sterilization up to 134°C. The unit shall be fitted with an automatic fluid control safety trap to prevent liquid carryover into the vacuum regulator, pipeline, and pump. The item shall include suitable wall-mounting brackets and high-pressure vacuum piping of minimum 1.0 metre length per unit, complete in all respects.

Dismantling of existing malfunctioning wall suction points and providing, installing, fitting, and testing of self-sealing suction valve assembly (front-loaded, double-locking type), complete with cover. The valve shall be wall-mounted, with inlet connected to the suction copper pipeline by silver brazing. The item shall include supply and installation of all required copper fittings, complete in all respects. The valve shall be non-interchangeable, self-sealing, quick-connect suction outlet suitable for headwall units/wall mounting, with non-interchangeable front fascia and standard gas colour coding

Supply installation and testing of BPC type oxygen flow meter complete with humidifier bottle, suitable for connection to self-sealing oxygen outlet valve through compatible probe/adaptor.The flow meter shall be made of chrome-plated brass body with polycarbonate graduated flow tube and cover, having needle-valve micro-metric flow regulation with ±5% accuracy. The unit shall compensate back pressure and provide calibrated flow range of 0–15 LPM. Inlet shall be provided with stainless steel wire-mesh filter.The work shall include connection to outlet of self-sealing valve and providing/fixing of all necessary copper fittings, connectors and accessories, complete in all respects, including testing and proper functioning at site.

Dismantling and removal of existing defective wall oxygen outlet points and supply, installation, fitting, testing and commissioning of new Oxygen Self-Sealing Valve Assembly (front-loaded, double locking) complete with cover plate, suitable for oxygen supply.The outlet valve shall be non-interchangeable, gas-specific, quick-connect and self-sealing type, suitable for head-wall units, with colour-coded front fascia. The valve inlet shall be connected to the oxygen copper pipeline by silver-brazing.The scope shall include supply and fixing of all required copper fittings, connectors and accessories, complete in all respects, including proper testing and satisfactory functioning at site.

Replaement of Medical Grade 12mm PVC braided Hose with allied copper fittings inclding bends, tees and accessories and duly fastened to wall oxygen points approx 2.5 mtrs and to vaccum points inside OT pendant assembly in proper color code. All the joints shall be duly fastened using adjustible pipe clamps for leak proof sealing. The job is inclusive of disaasembling and assembling of Pendant arm and testing the same at desired parameters (OT 1-5)
