Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well remming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Surplus soil if any shall not be removed & left proud over the trench)

Removing excavated soil n.exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of manhole complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, pillers arches etc complete all as specified.

Brick work, with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Cement plaster 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and surface even and fair including taking down of existing plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in benching in manholes, coping, plinth courses, bands stopts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified foundation, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition by breaking up salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of any dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches and preparing the concrete bed wherever required for laying new pipe and removing the debris from site complete all as specified.

Supply and laying salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150 mm dia (internal ) grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes with concrete after the pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 200 mm dia (internal ) grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed to drain pipe of 200 mm bore laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes with concrete after the pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 100 mm dia (internal ) grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed to drain pipe of 100 mm bore laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes with concrete after the pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs for covers of manholes including necessary form work and placing of manholes cover in position complete all as specified and directed by.

M&L RCC Nominal mix 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in slab supported on walls, beam, and columns in floors, roof and the like all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished flat surfaces of concrete .

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cill, conctete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10 cm but n exc 20 cm wide

TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia(annealed) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note - The payment shall be made only after placing of cover on manholes.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting internal dia of pipe 150mm in new drain, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for channel (1/2 or 3/4section) in cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 by repairing benching as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of concrete/brick bats in sunken slab and reused complete all as speified and directed.

The sunken slab portion treatment cover the following :- (a) Preparation of bottom & sides of sunken slabs portion by brushing, cleaning and applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (b) Applying one coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade applied @ 1.2 kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.5 kg/sqm as per manufacturer’s instruction after eliminating all sharp projection & cleaning of loose material of plastered surfaces.(c) Laying polymeric standard membrane felt with 90 micron HMHDPE centre core and weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm fixed on the coated surface, bottom & side walls of the sunken portion. Minimum overlap of 75/80 mm fixed with torch application. Care shall be taken that no air bubble is left in between the surface of the floor/wall and the felt. (d) Applying a tack coat of hot bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and as per manufacturer’s instruction.

Supply only integral water proofing compount (for mixing in cement mortar or concrete) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan pedestal pattern including seat cover white excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non-skid coloured of approved shade ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200x6mm thick fixed over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and drected

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the roots of trees from the outlet of rainwater ,wastewater or sewage water pipe line in brick / stone wall made in cement mortar exc half and not exc one brick thick wall and making good the distrubed surface to arrest further growth to the roots with the cement sand mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage from WC's, trap (P-tap/floor trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- (1)This item incldes cleaning of all the traps and pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of Nos and length of pipes involved up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose.(2) In case the blockage reoccures in the same location with in the month, the same shall be cleared by the contractor at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for the repitetive cleaning.

Cleaning of under ground sewer lines of any type and size exc 100mm dia and n exc 200dia incl manholes upto 3mtr depth and removing sludges upto 200mtr of any type of blockage of any kind of manhole or lines by means mechanical rodding with vibrations/drilling concept ie truck mounted machanished sewer jetting cum suction machine incl desludging descaling & clear the chocking where ever flushing the entire strectch with combind high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacum) type machine suitably fabricated on HCV having facility of hydraulic application through.

All as per ser item No 58 above but cleaning through manually by using bamboos, rodding all as directed.

Cleaning sewage sump wells, septic tanks of any depth and in any location etc by taking out complete sludge water & solids of any type by mechanically HCV mounted suction discharge machine having blow back facility with sludge tank of capacity not less than 6000 litres removing & disposing the entire retrieved materials to a distance not exceeding 1000mtr outside the perihery of defence land & covering the entire sludge & solids with local earth complete all as directed.
