Repair comprehensive and prenentive maintenance of DG set any make of the following capacities which include taking down diesel filter,Engine oil filter ,lubricating oil rubber hose pipe ,V belt oil pie,fuel pipe and other burn spare parts etc and tighting of nuts bolt, washers greasing etc for proper running of DG set of capacity 63KVA .

Ditto all as per item No.1 above but capacity of DG Set 125KVA

Ditto all as per item No.1 above but capacity of DG Set 160KVA

Ditto all as per item No.1 above but capacity of DE Pump 10HP

Ditto all as per item No.1 above but capacity of DE Pump 50HP

M&L for dismantling /opening of alternator of DG Set by disconnection of cable connections and flexible coupling, nuts/bolts and alternator foundation nut, bolts including opening of earth strip opening of alternator and checking out burnt out Winding of DG Sets of capacity 125KVA to 160 KVA and taken back in temporary platform all as specified and directed.

All as per Sr item No. 01above but DG Sets of capacity 62.5 KVA .

Taking out burnt armature, winding wire and rewinding of armature with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge for 62.5KVA to 160 KVA set wire DG sets.

Taking out burnt field coil and rewinding of field coil with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge for 62.5KVA to 160 KVA sets.

M&L for insulation of armature with Class ‘B’ insulation and Varnishing of armature winding and drying up to desired temperature for 125 KVA to 160 KVA DG Sets.

All as per Sr item No. 06above but DG Sets of capacity 62.5 KVA

M&L for insulation of field coils with Class ‘B’ insulation and varnishing of field coils and drying up to desired temperature for 125KVA to 160 KVA Alternator of DG Sets.

All as per Sr item No. 07above but DG Sets of capacity 62.5 KVA

Re-assembling of rotor and stator after rewinding and re-fixing of Alternator with Engine by assembling flexible coupling with alternator mounting with nuts, bolts including making cable connection complete including testing and commissioning at desire load of DG Set of capacity 125KVA to 160KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sr item No. 07above but DG Sets of capacity 62.5KVA

Dismantling of radiator and repair by welding/soldering of radiator fins and re-fixing the same after de-scaling and brazing and cleaning of radiator with caustic soda and hydrochloric acid including replacement of radiator foundation nuts, bolts (where ever required) complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting of DG Set any capacity any size at one place to othe place by removing all connections of Alternator and panel with help of skilled electrician and labour, pull up the DG Set with the help of crane and fix the DG Set at plinth of RCC with the help of crane and connections of panel and alternator and testing of DG Set at load after reshifiting all as specified and directed by Engr-in - Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 83411.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
